J'ai réservé trois billets pour le Colisée avec audioguide en 6 langues dont le français car mes amis ne parlent pas anglais ou italien. Et le seul language dispo de l'audioguide était au final anglais, ce que j'ai découvert le jour de la visite. Donc impossible de l'utiliser. J'ai écris par WhatsApp a la personne qui m'avait envoyé les billets etc et pas de réponse.

We paid Yo Tours for a tour of the Pisa Tower in Italy. They advertised the tour on the Viator-Tripadvisor platform. When we arrived, we could not find anyone from Yo Tours. Since we were more than an hour early, we waited until about 10 minutes before our tour time, and asked around again, and found nobody. We stood in line, and upon reaching the tower entrance, were told the tickets were not valid for entry. Again, there was no tour guide to be found. My wife, son, grandson and I, scoured the grounds around the cathedral and tower, asking around for someone from this company. I phoned Viator/Tripadvisor and they gave me a phone number in India for Yo Tours, and nobody answered. I phoned Viator back, and they tried to help by texting or emailing tickets (I don't remember which way they sent them) for entry to the Tower and Cathedral, and once again, we were denied entry. I ended up having to buy tickets at the venue to take the tour ourselves. Basically, we were ripped off by this company, and they provided phony "proof" to our credit card company, claiming that we had actually used the tickets after we disputed the charge!

I recently booked the Alleppey walking tour, and it was a fantastic experience. Exploring the area with a local provided great insight into the destination. Our guide, Mr. Akhil, was exceptionally helpful. He provided excellent recommendations for shopping and local snacks. Furthermore, he assisted us in planning our itinerary for the following day and arranged a boat tour for us. It was a wonderful new experience for my entire family. I highly recommend these tours to anyone looking to enhance their travel experience. Thank you to Yo Tours for organizing such a great trip.

Great tour of Palace of Versailles. We got our tickets and audio guide on time and their support staff assisted us on getting through the correct door for entry.

This tour is an absolute waste of money…
This tour is an absolute waste of money – avoid it at all costs. We booked the tour and never received any communication prior to the trip. We had no idea if they would even show up. The office numbers were useless, always going straight to voicemail. When they finally did arrive, they were late and had very limited English, making it incredibly difficult to understand what was going on. The guide seemed completely unprepared – it honestly felt like it was his first day on the job. He was more focused on taking photos for himself than actually guiding us. There was zero direction or explanation about where we were or what we were seeing. It was so bad, we ended up cutting the tour short by three hours. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer any compensation or even acknowledge how terrible the experience was. We’ve never heard a word back from the company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this tour – it’s a complete rip-off.
