Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. I'm another who got stuck in the "connection could not be completed due to technical issues in the network or routing issues". Support ticket lodged and that aspect of the system seems to be responsive, though I have little confidence they will solve the problem since is seems to occur frequently enough that if they knew how to fix I wouldn't still be waiting over and hour and half later for a fix. Definitely not a product that works straight away like skype used to.

It works much better then I estimated
It works much better then I estimated - top service for this low Price. I use it to call home during vacation from Sri Lanka to Austria. The problem I had after a view calls (Error was announced - Technical problem) was fixed by the support within minutes. Nice competent contact via chat as the bot could not fix it. He asked for some time but resolved it in less than 5 minutes. Thx

Paid for credit !! unable to make a single call.
Paid $4 and couldn't make a single call. Every attempt failed with a network/routing error. I contacted support and waited over 2 hours for a response. I have screenshots of the payment, errors, and support chat. I requested a full refund. Support said my request was forwarded to their Finance team and that they will update me when Finance responds, so the refund has NOT been completed yet. I will update this review when I receive my money.
