Yes, Yollando.com has officially closed down.After operating for over 10 years, the company announced that it was permanently ending its package forwarding and shipping services due to its business situation.Key Details of the Closure:Current Status: They are no longer accepting new packages, processing new orders, or accepting new international shipments.Final Deadlines: The company set a strict final deadline of May 7, 2026 (formatted as 05.07.2026 in their release), for users to ship out any remaining inventory previously stored in their Istanbul warehouse. Taken by Google. They knew they are closing on May 7. They took my money on June.

DO NOT buy
DO NOT buy, DO NOT trust them! Scam site. They now blocked login page and you can not login and see your order! They don't answer calls, they don't respond to WhatsApp messages, the don't reply to emails. I am waiting 3 months for order. €100 down the drain..

0 Stars – Poor Customer Service and No Communication I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Yollando. I have been a paying customer for more than two years and have consistently paid for their premium services. Unfortunately, when I needed assistance, there was no support available. I have sent several emails regarding my concerns and have not received a single response. Being ignored as a long-term paying customer is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Premium services should come with reliable customer support, but in my experience, Yollando has failed to provide even basic communication. The lack of transparency and customer care has left me frustrated and without a solution to my issues. Unless significant improvements are made to their customer support and response times, I would not recommend this service to others.
