I am using Young Living since 2012 and it has moved with me through all storms of life!
I am using Young Living products for almost 14 years, I have moved internationally twice and no matter which challenges we were confronted with - through climate, stress or aging.. we always find our solution with Young Living products. I have NEVER stopped being on loyalty reward, I get an email a couple of days before my order will be processed and I then can adjust my order and customize it. It's easy peasy and you can stop it any time you want. With it come extra gifts and also bonus points - I like to call them "cash back" .. every 2-3 months I go "shopping with them" and only pay for shipping. For any questions people can come and ask me - yes I earn money from registrations. and I give a lot back in education, recommendation and time for them to have a good experience and actually GET SOME HELP.

EL QUE ENTRA NO SALE
NO DEJEIS QUE OS INSCRIBAN EN EL PROGRAMA DE FIDELIZACIÓN DE CLIENTE, NO PODREIS SALIR Y OS COBRAN CADA MES UN CARGO hasta que consigais dar de baja la tarjeta que le habéis dado NO ATIENDEN EL TELEFONO Tienen un sistema cerrado de tal manera que te obligan a hacer un pedido mensual y solo puedes cambiar los productos en él contenidos pero no dejar vacía la cesta y solo comprar cuando necesites algo Tampoco de dan de baja, no existe la forma de hacerlo, ni siquiera la persona que te inscribe puede luego darte de baja Su sistema es captar los datos de la tarjeta y mientras consigues anular la tarjeta, porque no hay otra forma de salir de ahí, ya te han repetido varios pedidos LAMENTABLE LA FORMA DE VENDER DE ESTA GENTUZA una lástima ya que tienen buen producto.

BE VERY CAREFUL when selecting items/pricing!
Never ordering from them again. Our experience probably falls under "deceptive retail practices." BEWARE: When you order an item, IF you select "Loyalty Pricing," you are agreeing to a subscription service to have that item shipped to you every month. That is NOT obvious on their website. My partner ordered a half dozen essential oils — one time . They were not inexpensive. About 2 weeks later, they charged his cc $270 for a "new" order he DID NOT place. Only after calling their (off-shore) customer service did he understand what happened. This must happen frequently because the customer service agent had a script for this exact issue. We won't be ordering from them again.

Die ätherischen Öle und Produkte von Young Living haben mein Leben verändert. Wahnsinn. Nie mehr ohne. Auch der Kundenservice ist super freundlich. Es wurde mir immer geholfen, wenn ich eine Frage hatte.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I bought a wedding gift and somehow ended up enrolled in an automatic monthly subscription without realizing it. Young Living charged my credit card almost $300 every month for 5 months, repeatedly sending the same diffuser and products with no warning or communication. Had I not caught it myself, the charges likely would have continued. Customer service was frustrating, and I spent days calling and trying to return unopened items for a refund. Please double-check all subscription settings before ordering.
