⭐ **Very Disappointing Experience
⭐ **Very Disappointing Experience – Hosts Should Be Aware** My experience with Your.Rentals has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding how they handled damage caused during a guest's stay and the payment of compensation. After a guest checked out, I reported several problems, including excessive cleaning being required, damage to a wall, a missing extension lead, and my barbecue being left outside in the rain for days and later returned to storage full of water and mould. I provided photographs, invoices and the information requested by Your.Rentals. The actual loss and damage was worth hundreds of pounds, yet after a lengthy claims process they approved only **£53.59** in total — **£34.59 for additional cleaning and £19 for the missing extension lead**. I was also left dissatisfied with how the wall and barbecue damage were dealt with. Even after approving the £53.59, I still did not receive the money. I was initially told that because the amount was below their **£100 payout threshold**, it would be combined with another booking payout. I became so dissatisfied with the service that I decided I no longer wanted my property listed with Your.Rentals and asked them to deactivate it. I was then told that **£49.22 would be deducted as a cancellation fee**, leaving me with just **£4.37 from the £53.59 compensation they had approved**. For me, this was the final straw. After dealing with damage worth hundreds of pounds, providing evidence, going through numerous emails and eventually having only £53.59 approved, I am now being told I will receive just **£4.37**. Communication throughout the process has also been frustrating. I repeatedly asked direct questions about the wall and barbecue damage and struggled to get clear, specific answers. I have therefore decided to remove my property from Your.Rentals. Based on my personal experience, I would advise other property owners considering this platform to **carefully read the damage-claim, cancellation and payout terms and understand exactly what protection you have when a guest damages your property**. I expected the platform to support me as a property owner when something went wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling very differently.

Saludos En verdad estoy teniendo mucha dificultad para recibir los pagos esto no es de mi agrado y ya llevo varios días que he echo reporte tras reporte creo que no fue eso lo acordado y para colmo no hay un asistente con el cual uno pueda comunicarse por llamada y así resolver todo de una vez. Your.Rentals confirmed the Agoda…
Your.Rentals confirmed the Agoda booking, allowed the guest to complete the full stay, then withheld my £320.87 payout claiming card fraud. Their site promises payment one day after check-in. They failed to release it, gave contradictory explanations and ignored my formal complaint. Your.Rentals and Agoda both charge commission, but I am being made to suffer for failures in their own payment checks. I am now preparing legal action. Hosts beware: “confirmed” and “completed” apparently do not mean you will be paid.

ACHTUNG BETRUG! Achtung Betrug! Vermietet wurde eine Ferienwohnung mit 70 Quadratmeter (3 Schlafzimmer, Küche etc. und Meerblick). Tatsächlich war es ein 15 Quadratmeter Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Zusatzbetten) einer Gemeinschaftsküche für alle Gäste (ein Herd für über 30 Leute) und Blick auf dem Hof neben der Straße. Unzumutbar für eine Familie mit 4 Personen!! YOUR Rentals hat uns per Mail Recht gegeben, und eine Rückzahlung angekündigt. Nun wird alles verweigert. Die angebliche Ferienwohnung wird im Netz weiter bewusst falsch angeboten!!! Es handelt sich um einen offensichtlichen Betrug. ------------------------------------------------------------ WARNING: SCAM! Warning: scam! A 70-square-metre holiday flat (3 bedrooms, kitchen etc. and sea view) was advertised for rent. In reality, it was a 15-square-metre room with a double bed and two extra beds, a communal kitchen for all guests (one hob for over 30 people) and a view of the courtyard next to the road. Unacceptable for a family of four!! YOUR Rentals agreed with us by email and announced a refund. Now they are refusing everything. The so-called holiday flat is still being deliberately misadvertised online!!! This is a clear case of fraud.

No Payout - No one to help...
I recieved my first payout without a problem. But my second payout appeared to be failed and was in completed payouts section. No notifications or emails were sent about issue. I discovered and sent an email and ai directed to me a human agent who just asked for time to investigate the issue. I sent several emails and dmore details about the issu and couldn't get any response for hours and still nothing. No solution, no response! Very useless way of handling business only with ai.
