3 months in 🤔 The changes I have experienced are subtle but definitely noticeable. Let’s start off with focus, I’m finding that I’m make less errors at work and I believe I’m more fluent in conversations. My memory has improved too. Secondly regarding sleep I found that I woke up less often at night and I am sleeping longer. Before heights I would not be able to sleep more than 7hrs, now I can easily sleep 8-9hrs. Having said all that another important factor for me personally is that I need a sleep routine, otherwise I don’t usually sleep well. Lastly energy, do I have more of it? probably. I have left ventricular cardiomyopathy and atrial fibrillation respectively that means I have an enlarged heart and irregular heart beat. So my heart circulation and recovery are impaired due to my heart disease but I do feel more drive and give more output than before. Conclusion, for me this supplement isn’t magic, it didn’t dramatically change my life in just a few days or a week like some celebrities claim. However, with any supplement it’s always wise to take it consistently for at least 3months to see or feel the effects , so yeah it too a while to see effects m. I can confirm as I’ve stated above, I have seen benefits that I welcome so I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you Heights team for listening to my feedback regarding the bulky packaging. I know get my subscription sent in less packaging so it actually get posted through my letterbox. Regards Marios

Height customer care team were fabulous when I had caused an issue. They actioned their response so quickly on a Sunday. It was all sorted in less than 30mins. The products do exactly what they say. From a very happy customer with M.E & Fibromyalgia xx

The Vitals suppliments have made me…
The Vitals suppliments have made me feel better. I dont now in any specific direction but definitely i feel better taking them. I tried the biotic tablets for three months but they did nothing noticeable for me. So i stopped taking them. I am taking the magnesium suppliments because they seem to make me calmer especially at bed time. I am trying the thrive suppliments. But its still very early days since i have only taken them for a short while. So yes i am pleased with what i have seen. Maybe more bundles should be available of different types.

Amazing experience so far.
I have been taking these supplements for around 2 months now and as a new business owner, serving soldier & father to a nearly 3 yr old, I can say that i feel a huge difference in my focus levels. My energy levels have improved too but I am starting a Zapply programme to help boost them slightly higher, as you can imagine having 2 jobs and a young daughter can be quite tiring so thank you for your product, it is working wonders. It definantly gives me the focus I need especially when dealing with the admin side of my business. Keep up the outstanding work!
