It has been a sad experience but…
It has been sad experience but please I really want to know why my reward is being delayed for more than 5 days now. Although it said my account is under review for reasons i don't know yet ,but I am still getting survey invites. I am genuinely confused on why I haven't received my reward yet and its really painful because I like taking surveys on your platform . Please I hope to hear from you guys.

My experience on YOC has been bad
My experience on YOC has been bad, i placed withdrawal for 6days now. I haven't gotten my reward, the annoying thing is, i am still getting regular survey invitation to my email. I've stopped responding to the survey invites until i get my reward. Best regards.

An absolutely ridiculous customer service Honestly, I’m extremely pissed off with Your Opinion Community at this point. I requested a 123-point PayPal payout on Saturday, August 15th, and as of today, August 20th, it is STILL pending. What makes this even more annoying is that I know someone who requested their payout on Sunday and received theirs on Tuesday, so I genuinely don’t understand what is going on with mine. I’ve contacted support multiple times. At first, I was told to wait three days, which I did. Now? Nothing. Support has completely stopped responding to me. No proper explanation, no update, nothing. And the most ridiculous part? You can ignore my support messages, but somehow you have no problem continuing to spam me with survey invitations. So you have time to send me surveys, but apparently not enough time to respond to a customer who is waiting for their money? If there’s an issue with my payout, just SAY THAT. If there’s a delay, communicate it. Leaving customers hanging while continuing to send them surveys is terrible customer service. I actually liked using this platform, which makes this even more disappointing. I just want my payout processed and some basic communication from support. Is that really too much to ask?

It's an good website I've been using…
It's a fake website and they're asking through a survey to rate them better and make their image good infront of newbies but all their users know what fraud they been doing with us Don't trust this website
