NEVER EVER PICK THEIR CARD AS AN OPTION
Like everyone here, got a card from Delta, redeemed half with another provider and then with them. Other provider was used just fine, was able to use it online and spend the whole amount. This card, I'm in calling their support line hell circle with them saying they send a cheque that I still have not seen.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
We received a $1000 rewards card from Delta airlines on July 5, 2026 for giving up our seats on a flight. We went to activate the card and it instantly came back saying the same thing several other people on here said. It was placed on hold due to being compromised. I called the customer care and was told it would take two days to investigate and be reactivated. After two days I was told they were unable to activate it and they would send a check within three weeks. I have reached out multiple times and was told they were still working on it. I just called again since we are at our three weeks only to now be told that we are required to send in documents. This place is a complete scam and I will not stop here. I will be contacting Delta to get the money we are rightfully owed.

So I received my rewards card from a online casino for $1,100 and when I put it in my digital wallet put a hold on the card I've been contacting customer care but all they seem to tell me is two business days it'll either be reactivated or they'll send a refund checked it's been two business days very shady company if I would recommend nobody to use these that prepaid cards they're worthless this company is worthless.

Fraud. You can't use it anywhere. Phone number is 844 482 3812 if you want to try to reach someone, but it will be a call center in India that bs's you. They'll keep telling you that there's no restrictions but also you can't use it on Amazon or eBay. Since you can't use it they'll start charging you $2.50. This s a huge scam.
