So far, my experience with YRM has been good. I’ve been trading with them for about two months and have passed several challenges. The two times I’ve needed to contact support, they responded in a timely manner . Submitted my first payout request about 24 hours ago. Waiting to see how the whole experience goes.

Earned my payout, still waiting months later
I spent almost 2 years studying, saving money, and taking classes from professional traders before I felt ready to buy my first prop firm accounts. For me this was a serious investment in my future, not a hobby. My goal is to make a full time income trading to support my family in the Philippines. I bought accounts with YRM, passed, and earned a payout in May. I did not break any rules. I have still never received it. While waiting I did not trade my other account, and YRM closed it for inactivity. So I lost both the payout I earned and another account while waiting for it. I have tried everything to get an update — I opened a support ticket with no response, tried to join their Discord and my application is still pending after more than a month, and I have never received a single email from YRM about my payout other than it was under review. Out of nowhere I received a refund for the cost of the account that was due the payout, with no explanation given. I would not recommend YRM to traders who value the money they spend on accounts, because if something goes wrong you will not hear anything from them. I am still hopeful YRM will make this right and I will update this review if they do. Edit - 2026/08/28 Thank you Alex for taking the time to respond and for explaining what happened. I completely understand the frustration with fraud and corruption in the Philippines, while I love my country, I deal with it every day here. I know it makes things very difficult for legitimate businesses trying to operate fairly. I am sorry that bad actors have made it harder for honest traders to work and succeed in my country. I want you to know that I traded fairly and did my best to follow all the rules, and I encourage your team to look at my trades to verify that. I spent almost 2 years preparing before I ever bought my first account because this income means everything to my family. I am hopeful that when you are able to do your manual review you will see that my account was legitimate and consider paying out what I earned. I will gladly update this review if that happens. Customer service has been great
Customer service has been great! I requested my first payout today, and everything was smooth. I'm so glad to use Tradovate and Tradingview . This is a huge improvement.

YRM is the real deal
YRM is the real deal! If you want to be paid, then choose YRM! I submitted my payout request, and within 24 hours, the payout was approved AND the money was in my Rise account. I have now purchased more accounts now because this firm is one of the cheapest and I KNOW that I will get the payments. Plus, you can now trade on Tradovate-so excited! Thank you YRM!!!!
