Initially great but became terrible after a few months
Initially, the site was pleasant. I did surveys to unlock higher offers. Requested and recieved my first giftcard fairly quickly. Identity verification was a breeze. Then after completing some high paying tasks for two games everything went wrong. I suddenly logged in to see a message that my account was deactivated. I opened a ticket with support and after giving all requested infirmation my account was reactivated. I basically lost any chance of completing anymore of the high offer tasks for the two games I played because of how long my account was inaccessible. I saw my $600+ credits in my account and decided to request a bigger gift card amount. I wanted to wait to start any new games since I wasn't sure why my account was flagged to begin with. Next day, I logged in to check on my withdrawal and again my account was deactivated. At this point I am confused because between reactivation and deactivation I only requested a couple of payouts that didnt empty my balance. It took two months to get any response from support. When I explained that I had already submitted all proof and haven't started any new games I was given copy paste responses instead of any empathy. Now another month has passed and I am no closure to my issue being resolved. Four months have been stolen from me. If I could give any feedback then check your automated fraud check tool. It retriggering when I was already cleared and performed no action to retrigger is very telling. I would also suggest allowing customer reps to respond outside of copy and response messages. Getting a response that isn't related to the question feels robotic and un professional. I would also suggest having a means to report poor behavior from support that doesn't allow said person to pick up that ticket. That is a conflict of interest and could lead to mishandling of data. I have recently had strange things happen with one of my personal accounts after such interactions and I am concerned.

el pago es bajisimo en todas pero lo peor de esta opcion es q despues de estar 10 a 15 min en una encuesta te dice que no calificas, eso es una falta de respeto usar tu tiempo y descalificarte despues de ese tiempo, si no calificas deben saberlo en el inicio para eso rastrean tu info y te hacen preguntas inicialea basicas, no deberia estar permitido q hagan esto

Ysense ID And selfi Verification links suck it never open my account , There customer service is so bad as well every time I completed the verification step with in 24/7 I let customer service no and they keep spaming with The complete verification link. Ysense not the same no more there Owned by a Bunch of indian scammers now.
