Die Nutzung der Plattform ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - was mich aber wirklich beeindruckt hat, war die Qualität, des Supports. Ich hatte zwei Anfragen, beide wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit zuverlässig und kompetent gelöst. Findet man nicht oft.

1-star review – Very disappointing experience Don't apply it's data mining site not for freelancers hopefully with fake reviews. I applied to YunoJuno and was asked to provide my portfolio and information relating to my client, including my client's LinkedIn profile. I have been freelancing since 2019, so I was already surprised to be told afterwards that they are only accepting “senior freelancers” because they are oversubscribed in my discipline. There shouldn't be an option to submit application in my field than if they are oversubscribed. What concerned me far more was what happened next. My client told me that YunoJuno contacted her and encouraged her to join the platform, apparently offering her a free account and suggesting that she could use the platform to find contractors. I found this extremely inappropriate and disappointing. I provided my portfolio and client information as part of an application, not with the expectation that my existing client would subsequently be approached by the platform. From my perspective, this felt like an attempt to solicit an existing client during an application process. If there was no capacity to accept my application, I question why information about my client was required in the first place. This experience has completely undermined my trust in YunoJuno. Freelancers should be able to provide professional information during an application process without feeling that their client relationships may be used to benefit the platform. I would strongly advise freelancers to think carefully about what client information they provide during the application process. Very disappointing experience, and certainly not a platform I would recommend based on what happened to me.
