These scam bros are universally despised
With all the effort they save by having robots do all their art & writing they should have some time to manage shipping & fulfilment. Scammers are scammers though.

I met the crew of Z2 at the san diego comic con. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with and I had a special request for a group autograph that I wasn't going to be able to attend. They took special care walking me through the process, hand walked the items through to get autographed with an inscription. They also shipped the items to me and they were in my hands within three days. These items are a wedding gift and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this team. We'll definitely be seeking them out for future signings.

So far great personal experience, good quality in shipping it’s protected my books, great quality and good stories, I’m looking forward for more products in the future I will be buying again, good customer service as well they seem like friends instead of a business sometimes. Looking forward to my next delivery however the signed book I bought for Oliver tree did not come with an authenticity card but I won’t complain I’m super grateful I got my hands on one at all

I'm writing this review because I want it known that Z2 goes above and beyond to make certain the customer (me) is satisfied. I had no expectation that they could assist with my dilemma or do anything for the issue I had. But they absolutely blew me away with, in all honesty, the best customer service I've had in a long time. They identified the problem, sought a solution, found a solution and offered it to me all under 24hrs which is unheard of! The products they offer are always stellar and they validate how well their whole company operates. You can buy from them with supreme confidence and know that if there's ever an issue, they will promptly handle it. Thank you SO MUCH Z2!
