Look. Automating client lead forms is supposed to buy back my time, not kill an entire afternoon. Built a simple three-step zap for a project last week and it just repeatedly failed, chewed through my whole monthly task limit in two days, and tanked the workflow. Tried reaching out to support to get the billing sorted out. Nothing. Just an automated bot regurgitating rigid no-refund policies while the company keeps your card locked into renewal charges. Total waste of studio budget.

If could give less than one star I would and i WISH i had looked at this before I signed up - their AI bot told me it would be able to execute the tasks I needed but that I needed a higher-level subscription. I upgraded only to find the platform could not deliver on what I asked at all. The whole process was infuriating, and then after being a subscriber for a few hours, they refused to refund me.

Zapier will hold you hostage over a missed email. Be warned. I forgot to cancel my Zapier subscription before it auto-renewed at roughly $500. I reached out to support promptly after noticing the charge and politely asked for a refund. What followed was a masterclass in corporate runaround dressed up as customer service. First, they pointed me to their refund policy. Then they asked what "wasn't working" for me, as if the issue was something they could fix. When I pushed back, they assured me the support team was "fully authorized" to handle refund requests and that escalation wouldn't change the outcome. When I pushed again, they escalated to their billing team anyway. Billing also said no. So which was it: support had final authority, or billing did? Doesn't matter. The answer was always going to be no. Their justification? They sent a billing reminder email. That's it. Miss one email and you're locked into $500 with zero recourse. Every rep was perfectly pleasant, perfectly scripted, and perfectly unwilling to do the right thing. Refunding an unwanted auto-renewal when a customer asks in good faith is standard practice across the SaaS industry. Most companies at this price point handle it without a second thought. Zapier, a company valued in the billions, decided that $500 was worth more than a customer's goodwill. That tells you everything you need to know about how they view the people paying their bills. Set a calendar reminder. Screenshot it. Tattoo it on your arm. Because if you miss your renewal window, Zapier's support team will cheerfully offer to help you "get more value" from a plan you don't want, but they will not give you your money back.

I set up a basic three step lead integration to pipe website signups straight into our gym CRM, and it burned through my monthly task allowance in less than 48 hours without warning. Customer support just copy-pasted rigid policy pages at me over email instead of actually fixing the billing glitch. I spent four hours debugging a broken Zap when I should have been on the gym floor fixing equipment, honestly. Unbelievably frustrating tool if you're trying to run a tight business budget.

No customer service, funds taken from my card without consent. I cannot speak to anyone at the company to resolve.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
