1 star – 14 days and still “Pending”. Absolute disgrace.
1 star. Do not trust Zeal or Gnosis Pay with your money. Exactly 14 days ago I sent a small test amount of 7.34€ in ETH from my Trezor wallet to top up my Gnosis Pay card through the Zeal app. The transaction is STILL showing as “Pending”. Fourteen. Full. Days. This was only a test to check if the system worked before sending real money. It failed spectacularly. According to Gnosis Pay’s own help centre, pending transactions should clear in minutes. If they stay pending more than 10 days you should contact support. I did. Multiple times. Result so far: Zero useful response Zero explanation Zero resolution My ETH is stuck in limbo Zeal’s Discord and support channels are slow or ignore users. Gnosis Pay just points back to Zeal. Classic finger-pointing. This is not a “small glitch”. This is a complete failure of a basic function (topping up a card) on a product that markets itself as self-custodial and reliable. If they can’t process a 7€ test transfer in two weeks, how can anyone trust them with larger amounts? I will escalate this to their official complaints email, to Monavate, and to consumer authorities if needed. Until this is fixed and I get my money back (or properly credited), I cannot recommend Zeal or Gnosis Pay to anyone. Update will come when (if) they finally resolve it.

Been using Zeal for almost two years…
Been using Zeal for almost two years now and the experience has been (for the most part) flawless. Only had one issue regarding a refund but that was now settled by the wonderful Zeal support employees. All the best Alex
