⭐ 1/5 Cancelling the account did not stop their payment attempts
⭐ 1/5 I cancelled my DeepChat account, but this week they still attempted to charge my card twice for the recurring subscription. The payments failed only because I had blocked my card for online payments. Only after those attempts did I receive an email from Zenith Support confirming that the subscription had finally been cancelled. In other words, cancelling my account did not stop the recurring billing. Customers should not have to block their cards to prevent payments for an account they have already cancelled. After researching the company, I found many people reporting similar problems with unexpected charges, repeated payment attempts, and difficulty cancelling. This does not look like an isolated technical error. I consider this billing and cancellation process deceptive and strongly recommend avoiding DeepChat and Zenith Forge products.

ZENITHFORGE STOP THE FRAUD
Under the name of mymanychat, they use who knows which ways to get you in, in my case I have neved ever used their tools. They are charged me twice under same email, with 2 banks, I requested they end subscription and refund the money.

Ho ricevuto un'offerta speciale per scaricare un manuale su Claude per un dollaro americano e ho dato il consenso con G Pay Per il pagamento successivamente mi sono apparse altre schermate con dei bottoni senza scritta per procedere fino alla fine dell'acquisto alla fine di tutto mi sono ritrovato altri due addebiti uno da 19,99 e uno da 24 dollari e 99 centesimi oltretutto con sottoscrizione di abbonamenti che io non ho mai fatto ho chiesto l'immediato rimborso e cancellazione i siti non si riescano a trovare l'abbonamento Non può essere gestito in autonomia e il supporto dice che risponderà entro cinque dieci giorni lavorativi mentre intanto si sono presi dei soldi e non so come bloccare il rinnovo dei pagamenti che hanno impropriamente attribuito rubando il consenso al primo dollaro che avevo accettato di pagare
