Experience was really good fun would…
Experience was really good fun would definitely recommend only problem was waiting time on roller coaster ride we booked at 12 didn’t go on till one because they were running behind on ride so stood in rain for hour waiting ☹️

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Shout out to the gents on the phoenix tower and especially Dylan for being there during my first zip line experience, as nerves were high. Thank you. Looking forward to coming back again 😊

We did the deep mine experience
We did the deep mine experience. Initially we thought it was expensive as we do a lot of cave/mine tours. Owen was our guide. He was professional, passionate and very knowledgeable about the whole experience. We had a great time and found it in equal measures of informational, interactional and it really resonated with the history and gratitude Owen felt for his father, grandfather and miners who worked there and in the local mines/quarry’s in the area. What a fine young man proud of his heritage who really made the tour immersive, relaxed and an overall great experience.

Zipworld velocity - amazing
What a brilliant morning we’ve had this morning at the zip world quarry. Five of us went on Velocity something me and my Mrs have been eager to have a go on for years. We took our kids 7 and 10 and niece who’s 14. We all loved it. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. A nice surprise was the smaller training zip line to give you a taste of what to expect. Looking forward to doing it again

Fun and exciting
Fun and exciting, my kids really enjoyed, tree top net amd tiny trex,,staff was helpfull, reception was really helpful while i wanted to swap ticket between activities as my autistic son get stressed with safety belt and halmet, they happily swap the ticket with tree top net and then he was really happy on it
