⭐ Hoping Zizobet will take another look I’m leaving this review because I genuinely hope Zizobet will reconsider my case and take another look at the circumstances surrounding the removal of my balance. I had a balance of around £760 on my account which was subsequently removed after Zizobet determined that I had breached their terms regarding duplicate accounts. My main concern is the timing and the way the account was handled. My account had already gone through the verification process, including the required checks, and I have correspondence confirming the status of my account before the disputed winnings were generated. I also have evidence relating to the account verification and the subsequent removal of the balance, which I am happy to provide again if required. I completely understand that Zizobet has terms and conditions in place, but I believe the individual circumstances of my case deserve to be looked at carefully, particularly given the verification history and the sequence of events. I also have email correspondence from your team indicating that the duplicate-account issue had been addressed before the balance was generated. I am happy to provide this correspondence for review. I’m not looking to cause unnecessary problems or make accusations. I simply want a fair review of what happened and for all the relevant information to be taken into consideration. Zizobet, I would genuinely appreciate it if you could take another look at my case. I’m more than happy to discuss this directly and provide any information needed to help resolve it. If the matter is resolved fairly, I will happily update this review to reflect the outcome. I hope we can get this resolved amicably.

Vorsicht bei Auszahlungen – beim dritten Mal plötzlich alles gestrichen Am Anfang gab es bereits Probleme bei meiner ersten Auszahlung. Das hat sich letztendlich zwar geklärt und die Auszahlung wurde durchgeführt. Danach habe ich ein zweites Mal eine Auszahlung beantragt – auch diese wurde letztendlich ausgezahlt. Bei der dritten Auszahlung wurde es dann plötzlich anders: Obwohl ich erneut eingezahlt und mit dem Geld gespielt hatte, wurde die Auszahlung von 100 € verweigert und anschließend sogar mein gesamtes Guthaben auf 0 € gesetzt. Als Begründung erhielt ich per E-Mail lediglich, dass angeblich „excessive winnings“ aus Free Spins und dem Welcome Bonus erzielt worden seien. Für mich ist diese Begründung nicht nachvollziehbar und wirkt fadenscheinig – insbesondere weil ZizoBet bei den beiden vorherigen, vergleichbaren Auszahlungen die Gewinne ohne dieses Problem ausgezahlt hat. Ich werde die Angelegenheit weiterverfolgen und habe nicht vor, die 100 € einfach abzuschreiben. Meine Erfahrung: Man sollte bei Auszahlungen aufpassen und sich nicht darauf verlassen, dass das wirklich geschieht. PS: Dumm gelaufen für ZizoBet. Die 10 € Einzahlungen waren für mich zunächst nur ein Test. Wenn auch die dritte Auszahlung problemlos funktioniert hätte, hätte ich anschließend weitaus mehr Geld eingezahlt. Zum Glück habe ich das nicht getan. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort sicherlich kein weiteres Geld einzahlen. Und empfehlen kann ich Zizobet daher leider nicht!

When I first joined I had a good experience, enjoyable games and withdrawal processed. This week however it all went downhill. I was awarded £25 bonus, I played and won £1125. I asked on the live chat if i was able to withdraw this and I was told yes absolutely. I need to withdraw an initial £125 then I would be able to either withdraw of play the rest after the £125 withdrawal was processed. I was assured by this team member the money would still be in my account the following day. Well the money was removed from my account the following day. I have screenshot the conversation stating I could withdraw £1125. I questioned this and I was told that my complaint would be looked into with regards to compensation. The compensation I received was for me to deposit a further £5 in order to get 50 free spins. This to me is hardly compensation for being told I could withdraw £1125. This is a complete joke, your staff member assured me there would be no concerns with the withdrawal, this was a complete lie. All trust gone and yet another casino that lies and scams. Not to be trusted, avoid.
