The worst customer service ever
The worst customer experience I have ever had! I have sent out many emails asking about purchasing a few items, I got one response to which I responded. I received no further correspondence from them despite sending another load of emails. They are a small company and will continue to be small if they treat customers who want to spend their money with them in this derisory manner. I also know someone else who was trying to work with them on a collaboration and they had the same issue. No response. I would suggest that you avoid this company unless you purchase from a store as their customer service is practically zero.

Trying to cancel and refund order
Since I bought two orders from Zooyshe I'm trying to cancel with any success and support. I've been asking since the first day that I bought it and until now I didn't receive my money back also any property answer by zooyshe support. I need to cancel my orders and I need the refund in my bank account. I realised that could be a spam company after make shopping and now I’m sure about it! They don’t cancel my orders they don’t give us any property answers, they’re a joke!
