Zoom advertises free 40 minute meetings…
Zoom advertises free 40 minute meetings and gives you a warning at 10 minutes left. If you do not click to upgrade (which why would you in the middle of a meeting?!) it cuts the meeting off instantly. This is reported in the community and is a widely known problem and Zoom is doing nothing to correct it. Why would someone upgrade and pay for a service that operates so poorly like this?

I signed up to the free trail and have been trying to cancel it since. 4 payments have gone out since finally managed to raise obviously an AI bog who told me round not refund the four payments I have made and how to cancel on line they couldn’t do it for me they have made it incredibly easy to sign up but impossible to cancel deliberately pay from your debit card going to report it as fraud to my bank and rubbish them on LinkedIn for gods sake dont sign up with these Trump supporting grifters and use Teams instead. 3000 connections going to get the low down

Stop changing gui's like you're microsoft word: there is absolutely not a single user that ever send you the requirement to mess up the gui or aggresively connect to email accounts: this is going to cost you thousands and thousands of users, among which this one. You have now become just another bunch of marketing opportunists ruining everything again for a dollar or a dime

Installation a total failure
Installation a total failure, left in a complete mess. Left me in great distress which at 80 years old and disabled i could do without. Managers not getting back to me for 24 hours, no phone for 48 hours. Engineer said they will send something for tv in 48hrs. Total MESS. Said they would do it all in one switch! I am still connected to previous provider! They didnt even pull the plug on the other router! Total incompetence and now i find i am talking to someone in customer service in another country, had i known that would be the case i would never have gone with them! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

wont be using them EVER again
wont be using them EVER again. Took my money i tried to cancel a few hours after and they said no they would not provide a refund. CS was useless, just a waste of time. They make you chat to AI dont even bother to have live support.
