Worst service… I ordered milk 5 packets, in that 2 packets are curdled and wanted to return 3 packets, that too with in 15 -20 mins of delivery. they are not taking returns nor supporting properly… worst worse support and product quality… and they are telling that that’s their quality standard

Zopto is a powerful tool with easy-to-understand controls, and the service I have received from Edgar S. is top-notch. I love that I can schedule a full strategy session or a quick 15-minute Q&A session. This is the first SAAS company I've worked with that makes support this accessible. Highly recommend!!

Outstanding service by Stefan!
Zopto's customer service is excellent, especially Stefan's, as I have had his help several times. He replied in a timely manner, always solved the problem, and went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was sorted. On top of that, he was friendly and professional.

Great automation tool that allows our team to work on important non-outreach tasks
Great and easy way to automate some of the outreach for our community platform. We have slowly increased the use of Zopto among our team and it allows our colleagues to focus on non-outreach tasks such as curation and content generation. Our Zopto account manager Stefan Bako has been very helpful to show us the tricks and most effective ways to set up and use Zopto and to onboard our new colleagues. I recommend you try it.
