A Great Linux Distribution Undermined by Its Refund Policy!
**★☆☆☆☆** Zorin OS itself is an excellent Linux distribution. It is stable, polished and easy to use. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the value offered by the Pro edition or the company's refund policy. After purchasing Zorin OS Pro and comparing it with the free Core edition, I found the additional features to be so limited that they did not justify the purchase price for my needs. The overall experience is virtually identical, leaving very little to distinguish the paid version from the free one. The biggest issue is the refund policy. There is no practical way to evaluate whether Zorin OS Pro represents good value before purchase. The only meaningful way to assess the additional features is to download and use the software. However, the moment you do so, Zorin refuses refunds because the software has been downloaded. I contacted support promptly and explained that I had purchased in good faith, believing the Pro edition would offer substantially more than it does. Despite several courteous exchanges, my request for a discretionary refund was refused solely on the basis of their policy. In my view, this leaves customers in an impossible position: you must pay first, download the software to discover whether it offers sufficient value, and by doing so you immediately lose any opportunity to obtain a refund. Prospective buyers should be absolutely certain they need the specific Pro-only features before purchasing. For most users, the free Core edition offers an almost identical experience. I continue to recommend Zorin OS Core. I cannot recommend paying for Zorin OS Pro under the current refund policy.

I installed Zorin on my Lenovo laptop…
I installed Zorin on my Lenovo laptop Yoga 7i 16 Gb along with Windows 11. Using Windows I could fry eggs on it. With Zorin is completely cool. I am working with local LLMs and the Windows uses a lot of RAM that slows down a lot the answers.

Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht von Zorin OS 18! Als jemand, der vom klassischen Windows-System kommt, fiel mir der Umstieg extrem leicht. Die Oberfläche wirkt vertraut, modern und lässt sich super an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Besonders begeistert hat mich, wie stabil und flüssig das System läuft – selbst auf älterer Hardware. Alles fühlt sich schnell und durchdacht an, ohne unnötigen Ballast. Auch die Auswahl an vorinstallierten Programmen ist top, sodass man direkt loslegen kann. Was mir außerdem wichtig ist: Datenschutz und Sicherheit. Hier habe ich bei Zorin OS ein deutlich besseres Gefühl als bei vielen anderen Systemen. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung – ideal für Einsteiger, aber auch für erfahrene Nutzer, die ein zuverlässiges und schönes Betriebssystem suchen!

Worst linux ever
Worst linux ever. Stuck on old zorin Pro. Or pay up. Absolutely the worst feeling. But I have to quit zorin, feeling let down, and now i am in for many houers of reindtallation. Dont install it!!! Lausy old distro. Or keep paying when ever theybdecide.

OS clé en main très simple
Très Très facile a installer, surtout avec leur tuto disponible sur leur site, très complet, ils guident du début à la fin, ils conseils par exemple un des meilleur logiciel pour faire des clées bootables. J'ai vraiment pris 5 minutes pour installer mon OS, je suis entièrement satisfait, pas comme quand j'était sur windows.
