waste of time and money
I purchased this system with four cameras last year, and initially it worked well. However, after about two months, the DVR short-circuited and the plugs where the cables connect were burned. After making numerous complaints, I was instructed to send the DVR back, and the company sent me a replacement. However, the replacement did not include a hard drive, so I had to purchase one separately. Unfortunately, the system never connected properly. Now, after only a few months, the same problem has happened again. The DVR short-circuited, and it is no longer working. I do not recommend this system. In my opinion, the repeated electrical issues are concerning and could potentially create a fire hazard. The customer service has also been extremely disappointing. I have contacted them repeatedly, followed their instructions, and still have not received a satisfactory solution. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and the customer service

Zosi tech support is extremely annoyinh
Zosi tech support is extremely annoying. We bought offline business with those cameras installed. We cannot add those cameras to the app, cause it is registered to the previous owner. And support cannot untie our cameras, - because they are requesting purchase order or agreement of buying the business. Which is quite personal information and never should be shared to parties like that. Nw we need to replace those cameras. And support is extremely buerocratic.

Worst camera system in existence way…
Worst camera system in existence way waaaay over priced for cheap china priduct not user freidly terrible image on cameras and proprietary so can not be used with anything. Not weather proof like they claim had several camera go down in months. Nvr keeps turnimg cameras to low def. I wouldnt even donate this trash to someone
