Great customer service!
The Bible verse interactive bracelets re great! Such a cool way to keep the Bible close to you when you need it. The ZOX team has been great with customer service. They are quick to fix a problem when it occurs!

Zox bracelets are fantastic
Zox bracelets are fantastic ~ great quality & price ... postage is not applicable as ordering from the UK customs are out of their control... but product-wise their items are fantastic If there's any issues, customer support is above & beyond I can't recommend them enough, other than to say I've been a customer for the last 8 years ... this should tell you all you need to know.

Excellent customer service!
I was missing a few of my items that I had initially ordered so I reached out. Someone responded very quickly and shipped my items the same day. I received the items from my original order and I am obsessed!

Great Customer Service
As soon as I purchased the item, I was emailed with delivery updates. I was put in a sales list and I wasn't mad about it, though they were a bit too frequent. When we rec'd the item (before the expected date), they let me know it was delivered. However, my family had not let me know, so I was emailing back and forth with them about the missing pkg. They were sympathetic and helpful. Before Zox and I figured out what happened, my family finally told me they actually had rec'd it. Zox was very understanding when I apologized and told them we had it. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Well done, Zox.

Cool product and great customer service.
For Father's Day, my kids bought me one of these bracelets and something happened to it. It stopped working. So I contacted the company and they promptly replaced the product for me and were very kind about making sure that I was satisfied. Customer service is fantastic. The product is really cool and I've had a great all around experience.
