Pony express shipping
Sneakers didn’t fit right so I started a return. Shipped out 3/26 got to orlando fl 4/4 then to orlando again 4/11 then orlando yet again 4/21 still sitting there 5/13 and this is fedex doesn’t seem right

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
I would give negative stars if possible. I love Zumba classes and at my gym most of the girls wear their gear so I decided to start buying a few pieces. I made 1 purchase in November and decided to buy a few pieces a month after the holidays, that was until I noticed a $99.99 fee from zumba.com. I went online and called them right away, but the phone number is for zumbawear.com customer service only and not zumba.com which is apparently some App that they have. To contact zumba.com you have to do it via email ONLY and guess what? You probably guessed they don't return your email and you guessed correctly. I emailed them and told them that there had to be a mistake because I've never downloaded nor used any zumba app and that if they take a look at my account my only purchase was for clothing and that as admins they should be able to see no account was ever created, downloaded or used. My bank (Chase) was no better because I disputed the fraudulent charge with them and they put the money back just to turn around and pull it back out of my account a month later. They are so greedy that for $100 they lost the thousands that I would have spent with them instead of Lululemon every year. I've already told my friends I don't want them to get ANY money from me or for me so I don't want them gifting me any zumba clothing as I will not wear it.

Trying send back items that were a Christmas present. So unhelpful had nothing but trouble Will be passed the 30 days returning time time I get it sorted. Never again will use this company such a shame

Horrible hacer una devolucion
Es horrible hacer una devolución con esta empresa. Llevo 3 días pidiendo una etiqueta con código QR para hacer el envío, e imposible. Ya no sé cómo hacer.

A huge disappointment!!!!
Its bloody ridiculous how long the company takes you to issue the refund!!! It happens twice now!!! I paid for the postage, I got it confirmed that the parcel hit their warehouse and a month later there is still no refund!!!! What the actual F??? You happy to take our money but too slow to give it back!!! Really really disappointed with this service!!!
