Hat bei mir eine Ikeaküche montiert. Wir waren alles andere als zufrieden. Grosse Worte, lehre Vesprechungen und Ausreden, dass ist was mir von Herr Zverotic in Erinnerung blieb 😕

Frustrating Experience with Zvero Montagen
We used Zvero Montagen to build our IKEA kitchen because they were recommended and partnered with IKEA. When Zvero first came to inspect our house, the representative had a bad attitude and claimed our IKEA kitchen design was all wrong, even though it was developed by our architect. I tried to ask what was wrong, but his poor behavior made communication impossible. Eventually, he realized there was nothing wrong with the kitchen plan, but he didn't apologize. On the day of the kitchen installation, his bad behavior continued. He complained and yelled at other workers. Instead of proposing solutions to IKEA's shortcomings, he glossed over them, said there was nothing to do, and generally tried to avoid inconvenient work. After he finished the kitchen and left, I discovered that the back panels of the upper cabinets were curved, leaving a gap between the back panel and the shelf. This wasn't just one panel, but all of them, making it look really bad and cheap. I contacted IKEA service about the issue. After IKEA spoke with Zvero Montagen, they said Zvero claimed it was my fault because my walls were newly painted and wet, causing the back panels to curve from humidity. I told IKEA the walls were never painted and were dry. Zvero Montagen then claimed all IKEA cabinets look like that. This isn't true. While IKEA uses thin back panels that might curve slightly, I could fit my whole hand between the shelves and the back panels. I later realized, since all my cabinets were pre-assembled at Zvero Montagen's workshop, that he left the kitchen out in the rain. IKEA accepted my explanation and offered to send new cabinets to Zvero Montagen for pre-assembly and installation in my home. I agreed but wanted Zvero Montagen replaced because he shouted at another worker I employed, creating a bad work environment. The problem is, IKEA Spreitenbach doesn't have any other kitchen fitter but Zvero Montagen. After some discussions, I agreed to let Zvero back into my home to install the new cabinets with new back panels. Despite this being covered by the warranty and his service obligation, he constantly delayed correcting the issue, proposing a date several months in the future, leaving a family with small kids without a functioning kitchen. He never responded to our emails, and communication was so poor that even IKEA found it difficult to communicate with him. This went on until we finally decided to cut the process short. IKEA decided to change their routines with him based on our case and reimbursed us for the problem we had. Be aware that in the region around Spreitenbach, Zvero Montagen is the only kitchen fitter available from IKEA.
