Mistakes
Dr. Hasenbeck is the doctor who made me feel the worst in my life because of her way to treat me as a person. Moreover, she made many mistakes in my treatment and I'm still dealing with the psychological and physical consecuences of it. I had also the impression that money was the most important for her. She also made mistakes with the supplements she ordered and I still have to deal with those consecuences now. After months feeling quite depressed beeing her patient, a colleague told me that I should report my case to the Medicals Association, but I haven't still found the energy to do it. After a couple of months I met some of her patients by chance and they all have had bad experiences. That's why I'm writing this now. It is important that other people know about our stories.

Unprofessional, seeking economic advantages
I was hoping to be finally helped . Since she was the only one in Europe treating these issues. I got different treating plans. Since I had later on contact to other patients of her, it results that our treatments were very similar without concerning the individual and theirs different concerns. The appointments on the phone were always a little tense. I always felt uncomfortable. I haven't had the impression that she heard my concerns. She never answered E-Mails. She always wanted to have calls which were very pricy. In the end she cancelled my treatment since I demanded things she initially declared to be doing. Ultimately I had the impression she treated me just because of economic reasons.

Unfortunately, the doctor turned out to be very unprofessional. There were deficiencies in the treatment plan, very expensive invoices were issued, and the expected healing success did not materialize.

My experience with Dr Eva-Maria Hasenbeck
My experience with Dr. Eva-Maria Hasenbeck, MD, was appalling and unprofessional. Initially, she was very responsive and scheduled a call to discuss her approach and assess my needs. However, the call was mostly about her, offering redundant information and barely addressing my health concerns. Despite expressing my willingness to work with her, she later declined without providing a substantial assessment. What followed was even more frustrating. I received an invoice multiple times, and each time, I requested it be corrected to reflect my accurate address. Dr. Hasenbeck never responded to my emails or calls. Ultimately, I received a notice from a collections agency. I paid the invoice, but her lack of professionalism and basic respect for her patients is unacceptable. Avoid this practitioner at all costs. Her conduct is a disgrace to the field of functional medicine.
