I’m only rating this a 5 because of the…
I’m only rating this a 5 because of the amazing staff at Mono, particularly Said and my dietician Çağla. They were very kind, sweet and supportive. They made my journey easy and seamless. I’m equally grateful for the surgical team and the nurses who took care of me. However, I was not pleased with the management of mono. Where do I start from. After my payments were completed, and I was told I could change for surgery, I was told I had to pay an additional 1700 dollars because my bmi had increased against what I submitted during my consultation. Part of the amount will also be incase I needed blood transmission. These people prefer you pay cash for everything, so why wouldn’t they tell you ahead of time so you could come prepared and have enough cash at hand? The BMI thing was most ridiculous. If my bmi had reduced, will they refund part of my money??? They also said I had to pay the money before they could precede with the surgery and if I didn’t, they would refund my money and cancel everything. I found that mean and manipulative. They knew I would have no other option than to pay because I would consider how much I already spent to get there. I ended up paying 700 dollars for the surgery to take place. Secondly, the amount of money paid for supplements and medication. I honestly do not have an issue with the charges but please INFORM YOUR PATIENTS so we can plan ahead!!!! From your preparatory flier, you said I should have a pocket money of about 500 dollars and you ended up charging me an extra 1320. I was really disappointed. Asides the hidden charges though, everything was smooth and nice.

Terrible experience absolutely wouldn’t recommend They promise you guaranteed results and tell you if anything changes or if you don’t love the results they will fix it and you will only pay for flights All lies I paid hell lots of money and went through an exquisite pain aside from the fact that I travelled across the world to get to them And after the surgery I looked exactly the same and when i asked for my guarantee they said its not their fault Don’t go there its an absolute scam

the experience was amazing, the staff made the experience very smooth Carpola dietitian and Saidi they were extremely helpful and the whole staff was very attentive and the service was amazing i would 100% recomend if you are having any doubts.
