Cant get a live person now extra customs charges AFTER delivery?!?
I can't get a solid receipt except their "shop" one. That doesnt work. Also, now im being hit with $26+ from fed ex for customs costs.... And of course no one can be reached at the company. Highly disappointed and wasted $200. Well $227 if I have to pay these charges.

Total a waste of money
I purchased this training mat and program for my 9-year-old son, who plays competitive soccer, thinking it would be a great Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it has been a complete disappointment. The ball is too large for the mat, and the drills do not line up well with the program itself. On top of that, the voice narration is unsettling and scary, my son describes it as “demonic”to the point where he refuses to even have it turned . The return process is equally frustrating. There is a very strict 14-day return window, and even then, many items are not fully refundable. This was not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, this was a waste of money and caused more stress than value. I do not recommend this mat or program, especially for children.

These Cut & Paste responses are unbelievable
I am unable to display the app on the TV screen as they advertised. There are no proper easy to use instructions on how to do that. I have a Huawei pad and the 4Kickerz app is not available to download there. I was able to install it on my Samsung s23 but the screen is too small for it to be effective to use for practicing. Also the App is not very clear on how to use it. Because of my negative experience, I decided to check out the reviews and though there are not that many reviews altogether, the number of bad reviews was quite concerning. However what was more concerning was the responses to the bad reviews. They were all the same regardless of the review. Cut and Paste jobs. That indicates the company does not even care about its own reputation

Not interactive or engaging. Use YouTube instead
Not nearly as engaging as I expected. The mat and socks are essentially bonus props for the app. They are not interactive! My child has no interest in using it.... Don't waste your money, Google soccer drills on YouTube! It's honestly the same thing!!!
