Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with 5% Nutrition. I placed an order which was marked as delivered by FedEx, but I never received the parcel. The only evidence provided was a photograph showing the package left unattended outside the property. Despite this, my claim was denied. What concerned me most was the way the matter was handled. Rather than focusing on the facts of the disputed delivery, the company relied on previous reports of missing deliveries to my address as justification for rejecting my claim. In my view, each order should be assessed on its own merits and evidence. After raising the issue and providing detailed explanations, I received a final response stating that their decision would not be reviewed further and that no escalation was possible. As a customer, it felt as though I was presumed to be at fault rather than being given a fair and impartial investigation. I understand that retailers have to investigate claims carefully, but I expected a more balanced approach and better customer service, especially when the delivery evidence only showed a parcel left unattended. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 5% Nutrition and will not be purchasing from them again.

Save your time and money go elsewhere
Placed my order on Sunday night, website states that unless it's high volume orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours. Come Wednesday evening or they still had not been fulfilled and now have absolutely no time frame on when I'm going to get my order or a refund as they're using hurricane Milton as an excuse. Would not have had to use Milton as an excuse had you fulfilled my order on time as you were supposed to have

I dont really care much for the portion/measure cups, if they are 60, or 50, or even 40, like someones complain before... " I ONLY CARE FOR AN OVERALL FINE/HEALTHY/HARMLESS PRODUCT ". I recently received the 50~50% Quality~anticipated product (on Amazon reviews) "Rich Piana's 5% Real Carbs / Cocoa Heaven". I used the product now much enough to know it better. It has a very nice cocoa taste (somehow chalky but ok), and I have a good suspicion that the product helps with blood sugar levels. I cant be finally sure if this product is much healthy in long term use, but I will find this out eather way (be sure about that). I know in 5% They have a truly Legendary Name to keep Alive and Clear in terms of quality. I'd personally be very worry and wary, as a worker or even more as a Ceo there, if I had to keep alive such a name/heritage like this of a Legend, Rich Piana, at the Top 5% of Supplement brands... Keep Trying hard for 'good healthy products' guys, THATS ALL I HAVE 2 SAY for summarry. And if needed, let the measure cups drop some below average. Because no one's stupid anymore, and everyone wants a healthy product, and many of us (if not all), we monitor our overall health every single day, especially if on these 'Kilo powder' supplements. I leave this comment here with much careship for the 5% brand, and i'd really like to be able to give them a 5 star rating someday soon. Much Love 5%._
