What’s the point of trading if you can’t even access your own account when it matters most? My experience with 72option was devastating. In the middle of active trades,I was suddenly logged out.No warning. No explanation. My internet connection was perfectly stable, yet every attempt to log back in was denied. Imagine watching your positions,your money,left completely unprotected while you’re locked out, unable to act, unable to manage risk, unable to do anything at all. My account was wiped clean. I immediately reached out to support, hoping for urgency. Instead, I was met with silence. I submitted all requested details, yet was never even assigned a case number,no formal acknowledgment that my issue existed. The conversation quickly went cold. The agent I was speaking with simply stopped responding. Let that sink in: locked out during live trades, funds lost, and no accountability. This isn’t just about a bad customer service experience. This is about trust,something absolutely essential in trading. If a platform cannot guarantee access to your account or provide transparent support when things go wrong, then what exactly are traders risking their money for? I escalated to AcdAdvisors,requesting a full investigation. To their credit, they responded immediately and took the situation seriously and the damage was reversed. To anyone trading or considering it: don’t just look at features or promises. Look at how a company responds when things break because that’s when it really counts. Stay cautious. Your access is your control. And without control, you’re not trading,you’re gambling.

Well spoken thieves
To be honest I don't even think they deserve one star as the company and their reps are just well spoken thieves. After starting with approx. £100 I managed to earn over £7,000 but when it came to withdrawing the money all communications shut down and I was locked out of my account. I tried to follow their Directors as they were registered n eastern Europe but there was no in country ombudsman I could call on God I'd love to get my hands on them and to top it off they must have sold their customer data as afterwards I was inundated with calls from similar businesses and harassed for at least a year thereafter.
