Two months waiting for a return pickup…
Two months waiting for a return pickup – unacceptable customer service Today is August 18, 2026, and I still have three return packages sitting at my home because ABOUT YOU has failed to send a courier to collect them. For the first package, I requested the return pickup within 1–2 days of receiving the order — on June 16, 2026. That was two months ago. Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times by email, and I also called them eight days ago. I was told that because more than 30 days had passed, the return now apparently needs to be approved by a higher-level department before they can send a courier. Whatever the internal process may be, this is not my problem as a customer — I have been trying to return the packages for two months. Today I called again. Yes, I was more frustrated and my tone was more forceful than usual. But the worst thing I said was essentially: “This is really not okay.” There was no swearing, no personal insult, and no abusive language. I simply explained, factually, how long this has been going on and how much of my money is currently tied up in these packages. The customer service representative's response? They hung up on me. Honestly, this is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I have been ordering from ABOUT YOU for years, but the quality of the customer service seems to be getting worse and worse. It's genuinely disappointing to see a company I used to be happy to shop from handle a basic return this way. Two months. Three packages. Multiple contacts. No courier. And now they hang up on the customer. Congrats.
