The first time I looked at my finals it actually bought a tear,I'm so happy with the results after being quite reserved. The team are second to none especially my coordinator Onur who was without doubt a friend to me and was at the end of the phone whenever I needed him.Would absolutely recommend this company 100 percent thx acardent ❤️

I originally wrote this review in June…
I originally wrote this review in June but it was removed i dont know why. here is a update I originally told acardent i did not want the titanium bar as I couldn't afford £1000 extra for it they then tried to sell it me whilst there for £700 i said no the tiny piece of titanium is not worth it. Any way when going to have my finals fitted they said we have fitted the bar for as we thought it was best never said anything that i would have to pay so all was good. Several weeks later i received a message asking for payment for the bar which i never agreed to have they said i had agreed to pay when i could afford to NO I DID NOT. After a few messages back and forth they said well we hope you choose to pay incase you need are help in the future. You cannot charge someone for something they never asked for or agreed to now i wonder if i have a problem with my teeth are they going to fix it unless i pay them for the bar i dont know. First of all I choose arcardent because I never seen loads of big flashy advertising that a lot of the dentists do it was just a small dentist that looked genuine. I did read a lot of reviews aswell. I am very happy I chose them i got intouch they asked some questions what I wanted sent some photos of my teeth also I sent an xray i had done here in the uk which I do highly recommend you do. They got back to me within a couple of days with a treatment plan and a quote I was happy with so I booked my plan with them. Acardent arranged my transfers from the airport to my hotel (hotel and transfers all included in with price) first visit was 4 days where I had all my teeth removed and 10 implants placed then stitched up. At this point I did think what the hell have i done (body shock). But I was looked after and all painkillers were given from the pharmacy. Expect some bleeding and swelling this is normal. After a day I had impressions done for temporary teeth. I had fixed temps but not everyone is suitable for these.. after all that was done I was then transfered to the airport for my flight home it did seem rather rushed and quick but trust me it's fine. Approx 4 months later I return for an 8 day trip to get my permanent teeth again transfers are provided to and from airport and the dentist. This time I was in there new building more modern new equipment. I had xrays done my temps removed implants revealed and all checks done to make sure everything was good and the implants were ready for the finals they took some imaging I think with a 3d probe of my gums to make the templates for my teeth. I went back the next day for my template rehearsal where they check the fitting and do any adjustments they wasn't quite right so they did some more scans and photos then sent them back to the lab. Again I went back the next day templates fitted all checks done they was perfect fit so they sent them back to the lab with all the results I then had a day off from the clinic while the perms were being made. When I went back to have them fitted the bite wasnt correct I was disappointed naturally wasnt happy but that's just how it goes they did some more photos scans bite checks. (This is all pain free on the 2nd visit) sent back to the lab for adjustments then finally on the day before my flight i had teeth fitted again 24 zirconia crowns with a few adjustments in the dentist they and lots of bite checks they and I was happy with the teeth perfect fit perfect bite and smile. The last day before my flight they had me back in to make sure I was happy and a few checks again with the bite. i was looked after the whole time and messages to make sure I was ok. Now the only downsides I had was that sometimes there was a delay in telling me when I was being picked up from the hotel to go to the dentist the next day I had to message a few times to find out so I could plan my day accordingly like me you may not get all the days off that are shown in your plan due to various reasons mine being the fitment i had 2 out of 8 days off. I do feel it could be better if people only having fittings done could be seen early morning rather than mid day. The next problem I had was a few times I was picked up and then waited upto 2 hours before I was seen (not the case for everyone) But on a whole my treatment of a full mouth restoration was a success and I now have a whole new smile thanks to acardent and the whole team i cant remember the names of everyone I'm useless with names. Also I have a new friend who I met while at their clinic who also had a full restoration and she was very happy too. I would 100% recommend acardent it's not a easy process you will feel down at time having no teeth for me was only no teeth during the 2nd visit as I had fixed temps but these were big as the gums are swollen when impression is taken for the temps. The end results are well worth it
