J'ai fais ma greff chez elle et elle a trop prit de greffons sur les côté donc pas homogène et elle est arrêter d'un coup sur le hauteur donc pas naturel. Je ne conseille pas du tout.

# English – Google Review **Sule Hair Transplant: Hair Transplant Turkey – Part 2, One Year Later** This is the second part of my review. My first review was mainly about the hospitality, organization and the way I was welcomed. At that time, everything went very smoothly, and I had nothing but praise for the staff and the hospitality. Now, one year has passed, and the final results are much more visible. Unfortunately, the result is **nowhere near what was explained, promised and guaranteed to me before the procedure**. I will attach screenshots of my WhatsApp conversations, including the information, promises and guarantees I received before travelling to Turkey. I was told that approximately **90% coverage could be achieved with one procedure** and that one operation would be sufficient. Looking at the result one year later, I personally do not see anything close to that. In my opinion, a second procedure would clearly be necessary. You may also wonder who the young man is in the photos with his face covered. He is someone who is frequently used in the clinic's promotional material, showing very impressive results. Out of curiosity, I contacted him myself and asked how many procedures he had undergone. He told me that he had actually had **two procedures**. This information was never presented to me in the promotional material I had seen. For almost a year before my procedure, I was in contact with Ms. Fatma. I spent a lot of time researching and wanted to choose the best possible clinic for my budget. I repeatedly asked whether there would be any additional or hidden costs. I asked this at least ten times and was clearly told that the agreed price was **€3,000 and that there would be no additional costs**. However, on the first day, during the consultation and hairline design, I was told that I did not have enough donor hair and that I would need to pay an additional **€300 to have my beard used as a donor area**. This would have provided perhaps around 300 grafts, possibly even fewer. At that moment, I honestly felt extremely uncomfortable. After travelling such a long way and receiving completely different information from what had been discussed for almost a year, I seriously considered leaving the clinic. Eventually, because we had travelled so far, we continued with the procedure. But from that moment, my experience changed completely. One year later, when I sent photos showing my result and expressed my disappointment, the response from Ms. Sule was essentially that it looked **excellent**. I respect her opinion, but ultimately this is **my head, my hair and my result**, and I am the person who has to live with it every day. I was then told that, if I wanted, I could have another procedure for the same price. That is what makes me question what the original "guarantee" actually meant. I am sharing this review because I want potential patients to have **realistic expectations** before spending their money and travelling abroad for a hair transplant. Please look carefully at the photos and the screenshots of my conversations before making your decision. My experience may not be the same as someone else's, but this is my honest experience one year after the procedure. To be completely fair, I want to separate the two aspects of my experience: **Hospitality, staff and organization: 10/10.** **Final hair transplant result compared with what was promised to me: 1/10.** I am not saying that nobody can have a good experience here. I am saying that **my final result did not match what I was promised or what I understood I was paying for**. I hope my review helps future patients ask more questions, verify everything in writing and make sure they fully understand what result can realistically be achieved before agreeing to a procedure. Please be careful, do your research and have realistic expectations. **I wish everyone the best and hope this review helps someone avoid making the same mistake I feel I made.**

Minoxidil ist tödlich für Katzen und Hunde!!! Vorab war ich mit Mitarbeiter 1 in Kontakt, alle meine Fragen wurden mit meiner Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Vor Ort war dann noch Mitarbeiterin 2 , die sich gekümmert hat. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert vor Ort. Als ich zu Hause war, wurde ich weiter via Whatsapp "betreut", aber dann ging die Kurve bergab....... Die Nachbetreuung sehr schlecht, es wird immer nur Minoxidil empfohlen, aber das dies TÖDLICH für KATZEN und HUNDE ist, wird nicht gesagt. Abschlussbeurteilung der Fotso auch keine. Leider sehr schlecht für den Preis den man dort bezahlt.

Estoy muy contento, salí de la clínica hace solo dos días. Todavía falta ver el resultado final, pero el tratamiento y la atención al detalle han sido excelentes. Hasta ahora, todo va de maravilla. Una mención especial para el traductor de español. Un gran tipo.

I did 5050 grafts on January 15th, the experience was absolutely exceptional. The clinic was very clean, everyone was very nice and helpful, The translator girl was just wonderful and professional almost made me wish to move to Turkey. Sadly I don't remember the name of my surgent but he did a great job. I had no bleedings, the surgery went great, I ate amazing food at the hotel that Sule Hair transplant paid for. Its been 3 months and the progress is amazing. Redness was gone in two months and now new hair is growing faster and faster. Oh, the drivers were amazing and helpful as well, very nice, very kind and professional. Awesome experience. P.S. my friend did a transplant in a very expensive clinic and it was very poorly done, but I paid 20% less in Sule and got an amazing job.
