Un desastre
Un desastre, acabaremos en demanda. Baja calidad, mal diseño de acceso a garaje por haberlo hecho por la calle lateral en cuesta para poder sacar un local más por la frontal que es el acceso natural. Un montón de faltantes por ahorrarse cuatro perras. Escrituracion del edificio sin terminar. Contadores de agua ACS colocados al revés que daban lecturas negativas. Para echarse a temblar.

El proceso de compra para el cliente…
El proceso de compra para un cliente que está comprando una vivienda de más de medio millón de euros debería ser mucho más meticuloso, serio y profesional. Desde una demora excesiva en la primera fase de estudio del blanqueo de capitales, hasta errores en el borrador del contrato de compraventa con los datos de los compradores, hasta una discrepancia ocurrida tras no haber pasado AEDAS los recibos correspondientes a los pagos a cuenta en tiempo y forma como así aparece reflejado en el contrato de compraventa.

Empresa inútil dirigida por gente incompetente. Nos vendieron un piso en el que no podemos vivir. Las necesidades básicas, como el agua, la vitrocerámica, internet y el aire acondicionado, están todas averiadas. Simplemente te dicen que subes el problema como una incidencia. En mi opinión, estas no son incidencias; son cosas básicas que deberían funcionar cuando te entregan las llaves. Trabajamos desde casa y tenemos que dejar nuestro piso actual muy pronto, así que nos vamos a quedar sin ningún sitio donde vivir.

DO NOT buy a property from this company. I am a construction professional from the UK and brought an apartment from them with a deposit paid in March 2024. The property was handedover 6 months late in July 2026 but it cannot be lived in because of an issue with the local authority. They tried to pressure us to complete the purchase in March 2026 but we refused because it was clearly unfinished. Their after sales team are non-responsive, they do not answer emails and are evaisive if you call them. They owe us interest for not completing the property within the contact period and have failed to pay it. We are going to instruct legal proceedings to recover the money. The quality of the work is really poor, The communal areas are splattered with paint and render and there is damage everywhere. They have made adaptions to the buidling because the architect clearly had not thought through the services required, so they have botched solutions for ventilation of the car park, communication cabinets and power cabinted are everywhere and look terrible, The Contrcator failed to protect the completed works and has ruined it while continuing to build. We have an apartment that we can't live in, we cannot register it with the water company becuase it does not have a certficate of habitation and they owe us money. They closed the local sales office and gave us contact details but the phone number they have given us doesn't function. They do not respiond to emails and if we do get though to their sales team they fob us off with excuses and blame their own internal teams or the contractor with no resolution and no ability to escalate. Their communications are awful. They don't care about the customers they just want your money and will leave you with an imcomplete property, with issues that need to be resolved and a risk you cannot live in it. Buying from them is very high risk. Do not believe they are a quality developer. If you do decide to buy from them then get a very good lawyer.
