Very helpful customer support
I haven’t used the product yet but was concerned about a delay in arrival. The customer service team responded to my email (thank you!) looked into the delay and quickly updated me. Looking forward to getting it soon!

Quality product
Haven't use them yet but the bags and pump look like quality products. The plastic is thick and the bags seem like they'll last. Initially I had a hard time opening the zippers and I reached out to customer service. They responded really quickly. After I got them open the first time, they were easy to open.

Terrible Customer Support
I ordered a set of bags on 8/17. I received a message that they had been handed off to the company they user for delivery, GOFO, and the tracking number. This was on 8/19. I have checked GOFO's sight multiple times and it only says Label Created. I have reached to Aerless and they say the same they have given it to GOFO and when I reach out to GOFO they say they have not received anything. I have reached out to Aerless multiple times via email for resolution but none has been provided. I have asked to be called but was informed that they can't call me. I asked for my order to be cancelled but they said since they already sent it to GOFO they can't cancel it, I have to wait until I receive the package and then can cancel. I am stuck between Aerless and GOFO with no one taking ownership and I am out of pocket~$180.00.

Be careful what product(s) you order if choose to do so - The Vacuum Kit includes the pump and vacuum bags, while the Vacuum Bag Bundle includes the vacuum bags only. You'll pay significantly more with the "Bundle" as need to purchase pump separately. Misleading advertising!
