Betrüger, haben unsere Flüge komplett gestrichen, weil wir wegen einer Flut den ersten Flug verpasst hatten. Wir haben sie mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, dass das in Deutschland illegal ist, keine Umdenken.

No es una aerolínea confiable!! Tardan mucho en resolver los problemas por teléfono, en línea o como sea todo es muy complicado y siempre encuentran la manera para que les pagues más dinero 😑 pésima opción para viajar 😡

Canceled ticket immediately, no refunds allowed…
I purchased a ticket and immediately canceled it. I realized i had the wrong return date. Aeromexico wanted to charge $400 more dollars to change the date but a cancelation would be free. I canceled 40 days ago. Talked to many “executives, none will refund me. They try to say they issued a refund. Two days before my payment processed! The y are not a good company, if you cancel a flight, cancel the payment or they will take your money for sure!

Atención a todo el mundo ...un consejo no saquéis ningún vuelo con esta compañía,son unos estafadores..saqué mi vuelo internacionales de Cancún a Madrid con más de 4 meses de antelación,cuando llega el día de mi vuelo,llegó a facturar mi equipaje y me dicen que ya han cerrado,estando en hora aún porque ellos habían adelantado el vuelo sin ningun aviso y según ellos no me daba tiempo,bien,pues incluso con su adelanto de abordo me pasaba un minuto de la nueva hora programada...mi vuelo hacia escala de 1 día en CDMX,les pido que me dejen viajar a CDMX y ya luego cogería mi vuelo programado, evidentemente no me dejaron,querían que comprara un nuevo vuelo por el módico precio de 4000€?? Perdona???? Estamos locos? Que manera de engañar a las personas,de robarles y sobre todo de fastidiar unas bonitas vacaciones,no volvería a comprar un vuelo con ésta compañía ni relocaaaa .. si alguien me lee deseo de corazón que no le pase lo mismo que a mí,es una situación muy frustrante,hay aerolíneas muy competentes pero desde luego ésta no es una de ellas,lo peor que me ha pasado en todos los destinos que he visitado y no han sido pocos,que mal sabor de boca de México,gracias por nada Aeroméxico sin vergüenzas

Aeromexico Flight Review
Aeromexico Flight Review Delta loyalty is obviously worthless. They are only meant for selling miles to American Express. I was placed in the worst seat on on Aeromexico flight 640 to Boston, August 23, despite supposedly having greater than silver medallion status --proving once again that loyalty to Delta gets you nothing. They barely even care about the Diamond Medallions. Anyone less will get the royal bathroom treatment especially when flying a companion airline like aeromexico. Delta is solely in the business of selling air miles to American Express. That makes American Express also less than desirable. Why would anyone want to accumulate points for such a terrible experience? The funny thing is that American Express keeps sending me a platinum credit card application with Delta miles that they purchased for the award and that's one of the leading reasons i will not sign up for American Express-- at least not until they partner with a real airline whose service isn't one star or worse. Delta continuously provides me with the worst service as a frequent business traveler. i would never entrust them with my family or time off. Aeromexico is just as bad. They enable Delta's terrible service. All of my worst flights in the last 5 years have been on Delta and we are talking about hundreds of flights. It further feels like this airline is somewhat antisemitic given that i receive consistent bad service from Delta and its affiliates and my name is obviously jewish. In some ways, i am glad that Delta always treats me like they don't want my business. i'm the ultimate proof that loyalty to Delta is worthless.
