This company is great

This company is great! They’ve gone way beyond my expectations and have colored hair that was not in their color wheel and made every effort to please and accommodate me. I’ve used them for years and they are always dependable. I have tried many expensive ones like Great Lengths and I like these better! I would highly recommend Airy Hair any day.

Excellent !

I have always had great experiences with Airy Hair. Good quality hair at good prices. I have always had great communication with them. They custom make your order, so it can take up to two weeks before it's ready to ship, but it says that on the website. Worth it!!

I’ve tried to reach you through your contact form, I’ve called, I’ve reply to my order confirmation at business @airynetwork .com I’m not getting any reply. I leave a review here and you tell me to reply to a PayPal email but you don’t list that email. I need you to explain how I can contact you to confirm my order will ship at some point.

I have tried to call every day for 4 days and the phone is offline. I’ve reached out using your contact form on the site. I’ve sent several emails. I’m concerned I just got scammed out of my money. Through my research the only place I can see you replying to a customer is here on . I’m just wanting confirmation of when my order will be shipped. I need a reply by May 13th or I’ll open a dispute with PayPal. My email is (Rey . kimball @ gmail . com)

This company doesn’t care about its…

This company doesn’t care about its customers. They are so rube and could care less. They accuse me of opening a case with PayPal and telling me I could not do any further orders with them. How a minute later the emailed and said say work person. Their phones are turned off. If you email and ask a question they will tell you that you are spamming them to stop emailing them. I have never been treated so badly by a company. I did finally open a case because they created a shipping label but it was not leaving their facility. Once I opened the case they shipped it three days later. However the package was empty. PayPal sided with them. Please don’t waste your money. I lost mine. I have copies of all the emails to prove this.

Contradictory Claims: It is important to note that when you opened a dispute with PayPal, your reason for the claim shifted multiple times—first citing "service dissatisfaction," then "item not received." PayPal ruled in our favor within hours once we provided proof of delivery. Documented Evidence: Your claim that you received an "empty bag" is directly contradicted by official FedEx records, which show the package was delivered at a weight of 1.1 lbs. We rely on third-party, verifiable data from global couriers, not fabricated claims. Professional Boundaries: We eventually notified you that we would no longer accept your orders. This was a necessary step taken in response to the tone and frequency of your communications, which we viewed as harassment toward our staff. We have fully fulfilled our obligations, from the custom production of your rare #18 Curly Wave hair to its documented delivery. We take the integrity of online trade seriously and will not issue a refund for a product that was successfully delivered as described.
