Thieves work here
The car was fine, service as well, but on the day of returning the car, they stole the mobile phone of my husband out of the car while he was finishing up unpacking the car. We thought we lost it and were checking all the bags. We tracked it and saw it on an airport terminal (the guy who was bringing customers to departure lounges) and later on in central Cancun. And for sure it was in the car with us and no one else could have got it other than the guys from Alamo.

Criminals. Do not use
Dear lord, never use these service. Previous customers ahead of me in the queue were challenging existing dents and challenging missleading quotes. When it was my turn, magically our credit cards didn't work and we needed the extra extra insurance to account for it. Just so happen to double our booking cost, after the fees and the extra insurance we already paid at time of booking. After we refused the mini bus driver dropped us at arrivals, rather than departures and prearranged his taxi cartel friends to wait for us. We subsequently were threatened and had our cards cloned (we speak Spanish and we heard his phone call)! You can't believe it's true. Criminals and horrible horrible people.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
We strongly advise not booking with this company. We had already fully paid for our rental car through Sunny Cars, including all fees for our trip. However, upon arrival, we were suddenly told we had to pay an additional €1200 because we were doing a one-way trip from Mexico City to Cancún. These costs were already included in our original booking. To make matters worse, we arrived late at the airport and, as two young women in a large unfamiliar city, this situation felt especially unsafe and uncomfortable. You’re put in a very vulnerable position, with little choice but to either pay or figure something else out at a late hour. It felt like a complete scam. After a long journey, you’re pressured into paying extra charges that you’ve already covered. They clearly take advantage of the situation. Our advice: do not book with this company. These kinds of practices are unacceptable and can seriously ruin the start of your trip.

Really bad service in Puerto del…
Really bad service in Puerto del Carmen. Do not go here!! I booked a car at 10am and when I arrived, there were no cars. In a higher category yes, but they did not provide the service. Only when I psid €15 a day more. I did the booking through Sunny Cars.
