12351 S Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL 32837 Date: Sunday, August 30, 2026 Approximate time: 6:30 PM During my visit, an employee treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. When I stated that I intended to speak with the store manager about her conduct, she responded that she did not care if I complained because “nobody’s going to do anything.” This statement was inappropriate, dismissive, and conveyed a serious lack of respect for both customers and the complaint process. I then contacted the store manager, Frank, expecting him to address the employee’s behavior and take appropriate steps to manage the situation. However, I was dissatisfied with his response. The employee went into the office and stopped working, and I did not observe the manager taking effective control of the situation or clearly addressing the employee’s conduct. I want to distinguish between these two concerns. First, the employee’s rude behavior and dismissive statement were unacceptable. Second, the manager’s handling of my complaint did not provide reassurance that the matter was being taken seriously or that appropriate corrective action was being considered. I respectfully request that ALDI corporate or regional management conduct a thorough investigation into this incident. The investigation should include the employee’s conduct, her statement regarding customer complaints, the manager’s response, and any available records or witness accounts from the time of the incident. I also request a written response explaining the outcome of the investigation and what steps will be taken to address the concerns raised. I am not seeking special treatment. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and I expect customer complaints about inappropriate conduct to be handled seriously and professionally.

When I first started shopping at Aldi's about 6 years ago, I was genuinely impressed with the products as well as the cashiers, as they were very efficient and courteous. Some things have changed over the years, and I don't frequent the store nearly as much as I used to. Once, an employee almost ran my daughter over with a pallet and didn't even apologize. She just said, "I beeped". I said, so that is how you drive? You beep and keep on running over the person? Once, a so-called manager would not honor the Aldi's policy. Another time a cashier argued with me over some broccoli I brought back to the store as it was sold after the sell-by-date and had gone bad two days later in my fridge. The once friendly employees must have migrated somewhere else. My shopping experience has greatly diminished because of it. I give credit to the few that are still providing good customer service. Some don't even acknowledge you when you're checking out, and forget about a "thank you, have a good day" Some still ask if found everything okay?" Also, if you don't say anything about the "Twice as Nice" Guarantee, they are certainly not going to give it to you.

Worst experience ... online said had what I wanted ... could barely find anyone to ask and then got told it is in the meat section or freezer section and if I do not see it then not there. Tried again - nope .... found another guy in the dairy section and asked him also said that the online has nothing to do what is really in the store when I explained I wanted to order for pickup not delivery then he said it was a special not something they usually carry. No it is what they carry! ... Went to the cashier, Rick - he was wonderful not like the other 2 idiots who would not help me at all ... he asked if I could see a photo and showed it to him. He went back and looked in the freezer section for me and even moved things around. It was their frozen Angus burgers that were on sale and they never heard of it except once again Rick.

Whichever branch of aldi we shop at every few weeks the chicken is totally bad long before it’s out of date. I can only assume there’s a problem with it not being stored at a cold temperature during its journey to the shelf. Once too often now. Will shop elsewhere.

Have the cashiers there trained really to be rude and ignorant about loading up your box when you bring one to bring your groceries home. More than one time they literally refused to load up the Box. I've never seen anything so ignorant in my life

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
