Mi spiace che questo marchio rifornisca alcuni rivenditori con articoli di seconda scelta. Ho acquistato online a luglio una caffettiera CUPOLA, presso il negozio DESIGNPERTE di ARREDAMENTI MAZZOLA di Latina. Hanno impiegato molti giorni a spedirmelo, dichiarando che stavano aspettando l'oggetto DIRETTAMENTE DA ALESSI per potermelo spedire. Il risultato di tanta attesa? un oggetto fallato, che ho immediatamente restituito. Certamente non è possibile che tale oggetto abbia potuto superare il controllo qualità, il difetto è chiaramente visibile. Inoltre: nessuna traccia di scuse da DESIGNPERTE (cui ho mandato dovizia di foto del danno), vediamo se qui cambia la canzone

Alessi Promuovono sconti saldi e sconti aggiuntivi, e poi...? La possibilita' di scegliere e pagare la consegna DHL express 24 ore con scelta del giorno di consegna non esiste, DHL On Demand Delivery. Si affidano a GLS, voto zero. da evitare.

Alessi, not Alessi?
My second complaint. From the delivery proof & documentation of my purchase, that I have shared with Alessi CS, it went from their facility/warehouse to the wrong address, in a different state, a house unassociated with me. This is on them. I have made a complaint with Amex and have received a credit because Amex says they contacted Alessi CS and did not hear back. I will never order from this company again and I asked nicely in the email that they not contact me…to speak to Amex when they asked for a chargeback for an eventual credit. Then they sent me another email immediately making me think they are bots.

My cherished 40 year old 9090 stovetop…
My cherished 40 year old 9090 stovetop expresso pot was in need of a gasket and I forgot the size to order. Not only has this outstanding coffee maker lasted forty years, and will go on for more years, customer service was so immediately attentive in helping to solve the gasket size. Great products and excellent service “ who can ask for anything more “ On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Alessi 💯!!!!!
