Warning: Serious Concerns About the Authenticity of Amouage Fragrances Purchased from This Website
I am a fragrance collector and have been a loyal Allbeauty customer for over seven years. In the last two years alone, I have spent £3,761.47 with your company. I recently discovered that my last two orders, 737265581 and 715607901, containing Amouage Guidance 46 and two bottles of Interlude Black Iris, may not be genuine. The gold barcode labels appear to be manually applied and do not direct me to the official Amouage Fragrance Passport. I own 14 Amouage fragrances, and these are the only three with this issue. This has made me concerned that other fragrances I purchased from your website, such as Tom Ford and Frédéric Malle, may also not be genuine. The latest Amouage boxes I received from this website have a manually applied sticker covering the barcode. This sticker does not show any results when scanned with a mobile phone, and it is very clear that it has been applied manually and does not appear to be related to Amouage. In addition, the scent of Guidance 46 does not smell genuine, and I have the same concerns about Interlude Black Iris. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this website.

Awful customer service avoid
Ordered three products including the Matrix Mania colour shampoo and conditioner took my payment the next day in the morning when I checked for an update it split my order into two and then later that day it had a delivery time for my first package and the second package with the matrix colour shampoo said order cancelled. When speaking to customer service they were rude with me and said this was due to the product being out of stock I paid for next day delivery £5.99 for this product should I have known it was out of stock I would have gone elsewhere!! Customer service were not understanding and didn’t do anything else. Gone to Just my Look much better service and more understanding. Use at caution
