broken AC + company won't send me my lost property
the journey was smooth enough, we left and arrived on time, however - the coach was not clearly indicated (no livery, just a standard black vehicle) - it got insanely hot like a sauna inside. the AC must have been broken but somehow only on the passengers - the drivers seat was nice and cool. you could not open the windows either. - the driver barely spoke English or French - i forgot my hat at my seat, in my hurry to get off this hot box. they found it but basically refusing to help me get it back, unless i use a prohibitively expensive courier. the regular post would cost 4CHF which I've offered to pay, but they are refusing to drop it in a post box for me. crazy poor customer experience, don't forget anything on their service!

Traslado puerta a puerta desde el aeropuerto de Ginebra. No aparece nadie, llamas a su teléfono y no contestan, mandas correo y sin respuesta, nadie en el mostrador. Ya desesperados hora y media después aparece un conductor, para recoger a más clientes, explicas el problema y no puede hacer nada. Nos dice que si en su autobús no se presentan clientes nos lleva, pero no a nuestro alojamiento, si no sobran plazas ahi te quedas. Afortunadamente dos clientes no se presentaron, pero nos trasladaron a otro destino y después tuvimos que buscar mas transporte para llegar al alojamiento. Un desastre, te pueden arruinar las vacaciones. Otras compañías tienen mostradores y personal atendiendo, esta no. Todavía no hemos tenido respuesta, nunca mas.

Failed to fulfil booking and then wouldn't provide a refund
Back in February I booked a transfer with Alpy Transfers. The next day I got a message from them that unfortunately they couldn't fulfil the transfer that I had booked and paid for, but if I liked I could pay for a private transfer instead (at 9x the cost). I declined and asked for a refund. They agreed to this but said it could take up to 8 weeks..... not very impressive, but okay. 8 weeks goes by, no refund. I therefore follow-up with them and ask when I can expect the refund. They say they've provided the refund already. They haven't and I ask for evidence to support their claim. They are unable to provide any. I ask again for a refund and no refund is forthcoming. Ultimately, I felt this wasn't going anywhere and went to my bank directly to initiative a refund. It didn't take long for the bank to rule in my favour. Very disappointing service overall. I won't be booking with Alpy Transfers again.

Mark was super helpful
Mark was super helpful, I ran all the way to the transfer desk and was greeted with a warm welcome & reassurance. Highly efficient service, ready with my name & number on the system. I would always choose Alpy Transfers where possible. Many thanks Mark & team for starting my trip on the perfect note. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Woeful and incompetent
Woeful and incompetent, left us stranded in les menueir, said they called our name out at the little bus station and we never acknowledged, we were actually at the bust station an hour before pick up and no Alpy bus came, weren’t interested in solving the problem that we were now stuck in the French Alps with a plane to catch, avoid this company.
