Amazon slots (Jumpman Gaming Ltd ) Never been online until Christmas just gone and decided to give it a go, went through the online verification process, pictures etc no problem lost 2.5k over the month (more fool me ) decided to leave for a while until last week June 5th 2026 deposit £200 no problem, took to £1000 and decided to withdraw ( PROBLEM) verification required but can still deposit funds, strange or fraudulent??? Now Friday June 12th no monies returned/ verification process still in play, passport and photo sent 3/4 times ( no problem with renewing driving licence using the same id etc . No contact number/ no email/ no actual person to speak to? Next move trading standards needs investigating and closing down, avoid site, hopefully I will get my money 💰 Mr R Turner (still an active account holder )

DLC Gone - 14 Days waiting time for the Ticket - Dismissive Support
I purchased the Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Early Access DLC on Steam even before Throne and Liberty officially launched, to show my loyalty and belief in the game. Steam fully recognizes these purchases and even advised me to contact AGS for support. After nearly 12 days of waiting and multiple follow-ups, AGS denied my request to use the DLC I legitimately paid for on my current account. What hurts most is that I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I even offered to give up the Lucent currency and only keep the cosmetics and exclusive rewards that represent my early support for the game. These weren’t just items—they were proof of my commitment as an early backer. Yet AGS still refused. This decision sends a clear and disappointing message: even loyal supporters who invested before launch are left behind with no recognition. For a company of this size, I expected fairness, understanding, and appreciation for players who stood by them early . Instead, I’ve been met with rigid policy and silence. As someone who genuinely loved and supported Throne and Liberty, it pains me to say I can only leave a 1-star review. Not because the game itself lacks potential—but because AGS has shown me that loyalty, patience, and genuine support mean very little in return.
