I couldn't bring myself to buy an…
I couldn't bring myself to buy an American flag made in China from Amazon. So I spent the money and ordered a flag kit from AF. Com.. well all I get in the box is a flagpole.the email said my order was shipped,not half my order was shipped.. When I called they said my flag was on backorder. How does a company that makes flags, run out of flags??? It would have been nice if that info was in the packing slip which I didn't get either. Well flag day is in 6 days and I still have no flag. That's what I get for trying to do the right thing . I would not buy from them. Allegence flags and anin flags would be my next choice.

Abysmal service. I placed an order for a 3x5'' Grand Union flag on 30 April. Received notice that it wouldn't be available until the end of May. Today received notice that it wouldn't be available until the end of June. Called and was told the material won't even be available to make the flag until July. So yeah, made in America. Big whoop. THESE IDIOTS HAVE MISSED MEMORIAL DAY, WILL MISS FLAG DAY, AND WILL MISS INDEPENDENCE DAY. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Totally Dissatisfied Navy Veteran

Do not buy "Poly-Max" if you actually have wind. Abysmal customer service. I ordered two premium "Poly-Max" flags (an American flag and a Marine Corps flag), which are explicitly marketed as commercial-grade, heavy-duty material engineered specifically for extreme high-wind and coastal environments.In less than two months of outdoor service, the flags completely failed and frayed to pieces on the fly end. Right out of the box, one flag felt noticeably lighter and cheaper than the other, pointing directly to a manufacturing defect or a reconfigured, lower-quality material run.When I reached out for a warranty replacement, customer service actually pulled weather reports to argue that standard 30–40 mph spring gusts constitute "normal wear and tear" for an extreme-wind product. As a veteran, I fly my colors on clear, completely unobstructed poles with the utmost care. This wasn't environmental damage; it was a premium material failing to live up to its own advertising.To make matters worse, management flatly refused to replace the defective batch, instead insulting me by offering a "discount" to buy more products from them. If a premium product fails in 60 days, a reputable business replaces it—they don't ask the customer for more money.Unacceptable customer service and deceptive product claims. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its Craftsmanship.
