A scam company stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars and nothing is being done about it. I've contacted the FBI.

Wrong product supplied
Ordered via onbuy. Wrong product supplied. Very disappointing. Waiting for information on how I can return it and get a refund but I have little faith that I have not been ripped off.

Steer Clear!! Scam Company!
I ordered 2 Airwick candles from Ami Ventures Inc., through the Sears.com website. I redeemed my points aquire through Sears to purchase this. I live in the US btw. Tracking number takes me right back to the Sears homepage. Contacted Sears, got a phone number for Ami Ventures 1-281-306-6787. Called the number and all I get is a busy signal. Called Sears again and they can't help me because I didn't purchase it with my credit card. So frustrating. Total SCAM of a company! They should be shut down immediately.

Scam company that should have been shut…
Scam company that should have been shut down years ago. All the marketplace companies they are selling thru are responsible; Sears, Walmart, Amazon etc. Only recourse is by opening a fraud investigation with your credit card company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This company is apparently based in USA, so waited longer than the date they gave me upon ordering. Ordered a box of 3 optic white toothpastes. The parcel arrived ( via Evri) in a grey post bag containing 3 loose toothpastes. All were a year out of date and the use by date had been attempted to have been scrubbed out. There was no foil seal on the opening so I will most certainly not be using this product. I’ve only ordered twice with OnBuy & both times it’s been a disaster. Unsure why OnBuy allow scammers to use their platform to sell sub standard goods.
