Misleading and unhelpful
Their site says I can cancel an order so I did request a cancellation as the order had not yet been despatched and I have an email from them saying the order is cancelled. The next day I received another email saying they cannot cancel it. And though I bought it on the website where all prices are GB£ it turns out the site is not a UK site, it's American and returns have to go back to the USA at buyer's expense - and their customer service is in the States and that's where you have to call. Never again!

The promised free gift didn't arrive…
The promised free gift didn't arrive and I have to say I feel the products are overpriced for what they are, and without the free gift I wouldn't have made a purchase at all as it isn't good value for money. When I contacted the company to ask where the free gift was they said it had been cancelled because I used a discount code, however this was not communicated to me. I would be very wary of the promise of a free gift as I feel this is just a con to get people to buy the products. They refused to send it separately and advised I return the whole order if unopened and place again! Clearly there is no reason why they cannot just put the free gift in the post but they chose not to, very poor customer service. I will definitely not buy again, I feel totally ripped off.

Awful Customer Service who blames customers
I rang Abh customer service line as I shade matched and ordered their newest foundation, when I received the foundation I swatched it and the colour was COMPLETELY different to what was advertised online which felt really misleading, I'm also an mua and a photographer so I generally know how these things work and I don't tend to get it wrong. But when I rang the helpline, at first I was told that there's no refunds or replacements because "it's your fault as a customer for shade matching yourself wrong", which was a completely rude thing to say to a customer and when I explained AGAIN that their online imagery does not match what I bought, I was then told that their advertised shades online results vary? So am I buying a mystery every time? So to say it's my fault then to say they KNOW they advertised potentially wrong shades but still refused to help me is disgusting. Estée Lauder, Mac, boots etc would have helped at this point and either refunded, or replaced no quibble. I was told to wait and put a complaint in, which took AGES to then be told they still won't help, or refund or replace. Misleading, rude and customer blaming. Shame as I love the main brand itself but this UK branch is awful.

SCHLECHTESTER KUNDENSERVICE!! Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben aber am liebsten würde ich Minus Sterne vergeben. Ich habe mir 2 Lidschatten Paletten bestellt. Als sie ankamen war bei einer ein Lidschatten komplett zerbröselt und bei der anderen Palette zwei Lidschatten am Rand zerbröselt,wo die Pigmente schon in mehrere Lidschatten Pfännchen fielen. Ich machte Fotos und Wand mich an den Kundenservice . Dann wurden mir wie bei einem Bazar Nachlass Angebote von 10% bis schließlich 50% gemacht. Ich möchte keinen Nachlass sondern intakte Ware. Diese Lidschatten kosten einiges und sind halt keine Drogerieware da verlange ich auch das alles heil hier ankommt. Inzwischen habe ich ca.8 Mails geschrieben und bei der letzten kam das "um Erlaubnis" gebeten werden muss mir ein frankiertes Rücksendeformular zu schicken. Defekte Ware muss halt auf Kosten der Firma zurückgenommen oder ersetzt werden . Warum feilscht man dann rum und zieht alles so hinaus das der Kunde nur genervt ist und nie wieder bestellt? Für mich nie wieder!!! Ich kann wirklich nur jedem abraten dort zu bestellen. Für mich einer der schlechtesten Kundenservice und Waren Erlebnisse die ich je hatte...

Worst ever plz don’t buy
I dont want to leave a star but this website doesn’t give the option to remove it. The whole experience is so awful. Royal Mail delivered the parcel to the incorrect address after sending through images of my front door and contacting the police for a ref number they are still asking me for images of my property with the front door open. I’ve been chasing this since 24th April and it’s the 13th May. They keep asking me for my front doors image with different angles. I don’t get why they don’t believe me. I’m tired of this sh!t company honestly. I wish I can find the sh””ty parcel and throw it back on their faces but I can’t even do that coz I can’t find it
