NEVER buy from their own website. In the middle of returning 2 pairs of sandals, been over a month, no refund yet. Appalling. Considering the return is also not free, ridiculous process. AVOID

DONT ORDER unless you’re keeping them!
DONT order online if buying from the UK. Have few pairs of these sandals so was excited to get another pair. They were far too small so sizing isn’t consistent. Returned day after I received in 28th June, item was stuck in customs for almost 3 weeks. Finally they arrive at the seller and now I’m having to chase refund. We’re now on 12th August and still no refund. Customer services are quick to reply to my messages and staff helpful but still no refund. Seemingly they use another company to do their sales & refunds for international buyers. Having now to get my credit card company involved. For a premium brand it’s definitely not premium service. Will never use again and will never give this company my money. Not worth the hassle!

Terrible online service
Have 4 pairs shoes from this brand, all size 39. So i order the jelly shoes in 39, and ..way too small. Apparently they run small but no warning of this on the sales page. Returned to athens from uk, stuck in customs now 20 days, wont send out larger pair until they are back, too late for my holiday!! And worst of all they deducted BOTH the shipping fee and the return courier, down £24 and NO SHOES. DONT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE

Terrible Flip Flips and Customer Service
Terrible, terrible company. After one trip to the beach, the soles of my jelly shoes started peeling. Customer service took weeks to respond, only to claim the damage was caused by exposure to seawater—despite the shoes being advertised as suitable for the beach, so advertising terms were breached. For such expensive flip-flops, the quality is unacceptable. They’re uncomfortable, poorly made, and backed by diabolical customer service. I feel completely ripped off.
