Awful service
Awful service. Item still not delivered after months, they won’t refund me or sort it out. They keep telling me they’ll come back with an update but never do. I have contacted them SO many times now. Absolutely scam of a company, no interest in customer service at all. Save your money and shop honestly ANYWHERE else. This has been going on since before May:(

Where is my refund?!
Sent back two orders as ordered multiple dress sizes as I was unsure what would fit. This was 3+ weeks ago now and I have still not received a refund for either of the orders that were returned. Try to email the company which bounces back with a statement saying “The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly”. This must show lots of people trying to contact them. Terrible customer service. I want my money back as these dresses are not cheap!

As many have said, I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a trouser and top co-ord and when my order arrived I had been sent 2 tops and no trousers. I returned the delivery within a couple of days via Evri and this was confirmed to have been delivered on 3rd August. 3 and a half weeks later, I have still not received my refund, nor any acknowledgment that this is being processed - I am owed nearly £200. I have contacted customer service several times and keep being told this is being investigated and an update will be provided but there does not seem to be any progress. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service experience I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a my refund and have emailed multiple times and still no joy absolutely disgusting behaviour I would not recommend at all
