Repeatedly I tried to order something…
Repeatedly I tried to order something and on Checkout I'm told they don't deliver to my Zip code.At one time a guy from Customer service told me it was reset. NO IT WAS NEVER RESET after 4 attempts to purchase items I'm giving up. I don't need the frustration. SIMPLY PUT, IF YOU LIKE HASSLES AND HEADACHES STAY WITH This ungrateful company . I can just imagine what they are like if you need an exchange or refund.

Everything I got was junk and it was expensive junk. I actually filed fraud with my bank. They took the orders off my account so I cannot return them. Highly recommend going elsewhere

I ordered a tshirt with personalized…
I ordered a tshirt with personalized printing and when it arrived the printing had been duplicated. You couldn't read the bottom word at all. I contacted customer service to ask about returning the tshirt and ordering a replacement. They offered me a discount of 60 % on my next order but said that a return would not be in.my best interest. So that would mean the new tshirt would cost me another £6 plus shipping. The first tshirt isn't wearable but I was happy to send it back if they would provide me with a returns label. It appears that's not an option. Definitely won't be using this company again. They have asked for photographic proof that the tshirt isn't printed correctly which I have provided but it would appear that somehow I have to foot the bill for their mistake.

Please save your money and don't order from this page if you don't want to feel like you been scamed. First at all they false advertising. I bought t-shirt advertised as 100% cotton, but in the reality is made of 63% of plastic plastic. I was waiting over a month to get the order, but on the website are complete different information about delivery times. So I decided for return and refund. NOT POSSIBLE as this company is from Asia and telling me i will have to pay 20$ of shipping cost etc etc and wait for refund months. Firts they started with 30% refund ,after 40% in the end I agreed with 60% refund and what coming next? yes they give you refund in the form of credit to buy something else from their store. Just unbelievable scammer's please avoid and safe your money

« Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait du service commercial : leurs propositions ne sont pas sérieuses en cas de retour, d'échange ou de remboursement. Il y a un manque flagrant d'informations et les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité (shorts livrés sans la ceinture pourtant présentée sur le site). Vous faites comme vous voulez, mais en ce qui me concerne, c'était mon dernier achat. Un site à éviter. »
