Being an 8 year loyal customer to Apple, you would expect to get better services. In the past I did have good outcomes with technical issues but with third party apps you are on your own. I paid for an app that had a lot of glitches and they charged me for a subscription for the entire year and yet the glitch remains without any response from the developer. I asked for a refund through apple services and it was denied by Apple without any real explanation. It's like a set up for robbing customers of their money. Not sure if Apple makes money off the backend or what but I am very disappointed in Apple. It's unfortunate that Steve Jobs is not still with us because I'm sure his policies would've only been to sell Apple Products for its customers. Lately I feel like my money is being taken and I'm not receiving what I have paid for. There was also another app that I tried out and didn't like, and I didn't even have the subscription for 24 hours and they charged me over a hundred dollars and Apple also denied that refund. What is the world coming to these days? I wouldn't recommend buying anything third party on the App Store. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service and quick too!
Excellent customer service and quick too. An automatic subscription was taken out via Apple even though I had cancelled and returned the door camera. I explained this and Apple Support investigated, and 24hrs later I’m reimbursed! Perfect!

APPLE SCAMMING THIEVES
Money has been wrongfully taken stolen from my account . For a subscription i have not subscribed to or purchased at all . i simply did not purchase this from apple . yet i have been billed and have the receipt .i request a refund that i know i will definately receive u der these circumstances as i never purchased this from them.Apple denied my refund .I am not eligible for a refund. I swear this aint no refund request .THIS is THEFT and they have STOLEN my money from my account . Unbelievable When you have an apple iphone you need an apple icloud account etc to beable to sign in to apple for everything to work smoothly on your iphone . You also need to not only do system updates you need to have an active valid credit card details uploaded with apple in payment settings . HOW MUCH TRUST N FAITH WE HAVE IN YOU APPLE Omg and your most recent actions are fraudulent scamming theft and stealing from me . I ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND HAVE LOST ALL FAITH AND TRUST IN YOU. anyone reading this be careful and be aware and keep a eye on your bank account details and exactly what apple is withdrawing from your account Only a matter of time until they will take money from your account and they just wont give it back as your not eligible APPLE YOU DISGUST ME AND HOW YOU TREAT YOUR MOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS

I had to contact Apple Support because a subscription through Apple Pay was declined. I explained to the surly women who answered my call that funds had been added to my bank account and to please put the charge through again. She said it had been and rudely hung up.
